We committed the blunder of booking a room in this hotel. Right from the beginning, the staff left no stone unturned to harass and not help resolve our concerns. They even deleted one of my reviews on Google. I am sure that explains how unprofessional they are. If you are looking to book a hotel in Ajmer, would strongly recommend against booking a room here. The room condition was poor, dirt all over the wall and AC wasn't working. After running after the staff for 1 hour, they changed our room. At the check in, their first question to us was when will you check out rather than welcoming us to the hotel. It was the first time I experienced something like this. Further on, we called to ask as to what the breakfast timings are and they said 7-9. We called again as it seemed a little off that the breakfast timing is only a two hour slot. They then said that since there is a wedding function in the evening on that day, they’ve changed breakfast timings. I mean, what? You cause inconvenience to other customers because there is a function in the evening? Why take function bookings if you can’t handle the crowd? It doesn't end here. Few days after we checked out, I received a call from a lady from the hotel. Her words were 'Hello Ms. Wadhwa, Our GM would like to speak to you. I am transferring the call to him'. She had no courtesy to ask if it was a good time or if I was available. I had to tell her that I am occupied and asked her to call back in an hour. And as expected, they didn't bother. Would strongly recommend against booking a room here.
