It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care

Staying at Zoya is one of the best things I've done for myself for a long time. Everyone from the reception, the security, the restaurant, the housekeeping, and the spa attendants are so accommodating and sweet. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is organized and full of activities. I did the ozone sauna, hydrafacial, yoga / meditation sessions, vacuumed, and enjoyed the facilities immensely. The food is also remarkable, thoughtful and clean. I feel like a newborn baby after. Special thanks to Klarice, Carwin, Irene, and Carol for the excellent service. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing and restorative weekend away. Helpful and engaged staff. Wide range of therapies. Food was quite good for healthy! Would love more yoga (teacher is great) and guided walking tours. Construction minor irritation that hopefully will resolve soon. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely great stay! Very kind and polite staff at Zoya wellness hotel, very peaceful place to stay and clear ur mind, fantastic healthy food, very clean place! All the trea**ents were amazing including oxygen therapy, waterbed, very professional massage and consultation with nutritionist! Cleaner Chithra made my day yesterday with panda made from towels and good night message from leaves!:)

As my first wellness retreat, I had an amazing experience from booking all the way through to the activities. We had a customised planned designed exactly for us. Food, location, experience service was all 11/10 and I cannot wait to come more regularly to detox!

Our 2 night stay was amazing from start to finish! The trea**ents and service we had were 5 star. The food was nice and healthy but also filling which is good! Also the pillows were amazing!!! We had such a good sleep. We will defiantly be coming back soon.
