I went to timpani with my family at Radisson Blu. Beautiful ambiance and very supportive staff, finger Licking food from soup to dessert. Specially the nonveg preparations. I would like to thank each and every staff, Specially chef Rajesh, Nikhil, nistha, Su***. Will visit soon keep up the good work.

Lovely Business cum Pleasure Hotel in Ahmedabad City where outside temperature is 40+ but inside is 18+ as well as Nice Cosy room for a meeting as well as Excellent Restaurant for a regular meeting. Nice Breakfast with Su*** to serve You superbly..very good reception where Pranjal-Lavish and Team Welcome You with Smyle.. Lobby Cafe is an idea to explore for a Business meeting..From ***agement Alisha is ever helpful to the Hotel Guests and The Team Leader Mr.Saurabh Bhatnagar The GM is Absolutely Gorgeous Person and would Like to take u**ost care of All Guests n especially the Regular one..Overall Super Experience

This is not my first visit to Ahmedabad, and having stayed in a comparable 5 star hotel or my first stay at a Radisson blu Hotel. Our greeting from security staff once dropped off by taxi, our welcome from the reception staff and concierge was very welcoming after travelling for a very longtime to have some downtime before returning back to the UK. All good so far Check in and the usual formalities were faultless and we were quickly appointed our rooms. I was room 316 and My colleague 416. My room for some reason was on the smoking floor and had the all common smell of Tobacco & Nicotine ( as a Non smoker ) it wasn’t pleasant. The room / suite was really spacious and comfortable looking. Once showered after ***y hours of travelling ( in XS of 30 + hours ) the defects started to appear with the quality and standard which has reflected with my overall scoring from 1 - 5. My shower had completely flooded the whole of the bathroom, although the shower door was closed. Once trying to absorb the water with all the towels a very quick run down to reception (once dressed) the problems was passed over to maintenance with sincere apologies from the reception team. My colleague & I went for our meal where we chose the buffet restaurant. A pleasant greeting from staff who led us to our table and the feast began. A good selection of food ( Al la carte available ). The food, warm but not hot. All contained in the covered warmers. Attentive staff at hand to give advice on food and their recommendations. On the whole not a bad meal in my opinion. Two members of staff that were very kind and also helpful were Su***, and her colleague Nistha a special mention and Thank you to them Once eaten ready for some rest and well earned sleep, I returned to my room to find that house keeping and maintenance had done their amazing work as if nothing had happened. The next morning after a very comfortable nights sleep (despite the A/C noise……… this could be me being from the UK and not really used to the constant noise but due to absolute exhaustion sleep was achieved). The next morning Breakfast. All ok no highlights and no lo lights. Service was good but restaurant was not busy. Returning to the room during the day and in day light conditions it became more apparent that the decor, carpeting and furniture really needed some attention to re vamp the room as it was tired holes and tears in the carpets lights on the desk not working and the bathroom was tired, water staining apparent around the sink and taps areas, the marbling around the shower has ?? Rust staining and discolouring as well as the bath areas. Shower worked well this time with no flooding whatsoever. The pool area, very dissatisfied. Pictures are very cleverly deceiving the pool area is tiny which is also part of the car park discreetly hidden by a few shrubs. There only enough room for two loungers. Room décor and upkeep was well maintained.I meet floor incharge ***ikant from housekeeping who was quite helpful in his ways to making my stay comfortable .housekeeping staff was courteous. dinner was not quite upto the mark as expected. First time I came Radisson hotel Ahmedabad the brunch buffet was fantastic socially I meet Mr Kuldeep Singh he is very polite person and specially thanks to Mr Nikhil Subham and Vivek he is doing great job again thank you Radisson hotel. Hotel
