I had a deeply frustrating experience with this resort, particularly with how they handled my medical situation. Despite reaching out multiple times to request rescheduling due to genuine health issues, they showed no understanding or consideration. I was more than willing to cover any difference in cost for the new dates, but instead of working with me, they insisted on making a completely new booking, promising a discount which turned out to be false. The new booking cost was either the same or even higher than the original one.
What made it worse was that even after providing medical documentation to support my request for a change, neither the resort nor the booking platform offered any assistance. The lack of flexibility and disregard for customer well-being is incredibly disappointing, especially given the circumstances.
If you're considering booking here, I strongly recommend being aware that they do not prioritize customer service or medical-related concerns. It's very disappointing to see a resort with such little empathy or willingness to accommodate guests in need.
