Vintage Beach Resort

This place was the medicine I needed after a hectic pace of being on tour in N India. It’s across the street from the beach. Less than 5 minute walk. It’s under new owners and they have done a wonderful job, making it a happy and beautiful place to stay. My room was large with a comfortable bed and had a beautiful little balcony that looked out onto peaceful palm trees. There is a swimming pool, which is awesome when the beach gets too hot. It is surrounded by lush gardens and beautiful greenery. I ate breakfast every day in their little restaurant, and the food and service was top-notch. 😁

Good location and clean maintenance. Good checkin experience, have restaurant and friendly staff over there. Safe to anyone. 2mins walkable distance to beach. Only washrooms getting very light smell which should improve.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this resort, particularly with how they handled my medical situation. Despite reaching out multiple times to request rescheduling due to genuine health issues, they showed no understanding or consideration. I was more than willing to cover any difference in cost for the new dates, but instead of working with me, they insisted on making a completely new booking, promising a discount which turned out to be false. The new booking cost was either the same or even higher than the original one. What made it worse was that even after providing medical documentation to support my request for a change, neither the resort nor the booking platform offered any assistance. The lack of flexibility and disregard for customer well-being is incredibly disappointing, especially given the circumstances. If you're considering booking here, I strongly recommend being aware that they do not prioritize customer service or medical-related concerns. It's very disappointing to see a resort with such little empathy or willingness to accommodate guests in need.

The stay location is good. The reception person is very polite. But overall experience was really good.

Overall experience was average, parking was a big challenge and every time the staff would come asking car key to rep-ark car. The bathroom door was hanging and could break any time. There was no buffet for breakfast and only 1 item was given with a hot tea. After paying almost 300 per head for breakfast is not worth. Pool is very tiny, good for kids only.
