Fabulous! Beautiful boutique hotel on the beach. Only 7 rooms. Ours has a private jacuzzi. Great staff, awesome chef, private beach area with chic padded loungers. Restaurant-bar is beautiful. Very chic and exclusive. Will absolutely be back.

Absolutely incredible. Legit already talking about when we will be back. Suites are gorgeous and roomy. High end toiletries stocked daily. Wonderful staff everywhere. Check-in, bar, breakfast and beach. People walk by and actually take pictures of how beautiful. Every single person on the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and truly relax. Thanks for an amazing stay and we will see you all again soon!

Hotel Virtu staff was excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the service was top notch . I will stay here again on my next trip .

A wonderful hotel, incredible design, great beds, room, lovely swimming pool. The staff are all wonderful from the reception to the breakfast the cleaners and the beach. They can’t do enough to make us feel welcome and looked after. They even arranged for a wonderful surprise birthday cake. Our suite was wonderful and the private Teracce and beach great! We will hopefully be back.

Unbelievably beautiful. The rooms are large, modern, and beautifully decorated. All the attention to detail is perfect. The staff is so helpful and friendly. It is directly across from the beach. You can sit in the pool and watch the ocean waves. The breakfast was made to order and fabulous. Their beach sunbeds are right in front of the hotel. It was a fabulous experience

Accommodation was tastefully decorated and incredibly clean. Air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, swimming pool and located directly opposite the best beach ! Sun beds were reserved for us daily . Amazing place to stay and relax

Virtu Suites has a large number of attributes. But there are some issues it needs to fix if it’s going to continue to attract luxury travel clients, especially given the high price point for its rooms. The hotel is beautiful - right on a stunning beach (one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited). If you want to lounge on a beautiful beach all day with restaurants within walking distance, this is your place. The complimentary beach club is located on one of the premier spots on the beach. The beach club staff were fantastic - quick to bring drinks and incredibly friendly. Don’t miss the margaritas. There is a lovely dive center (Blue Fin) a few doors down for snorkeling and scuba diving. The hotel’s pool is also gorgeous and inviting. We stayed at the hotel for six nights total - four in a sea view room with an outdoor jacuzzi, and two nights in a pool view room. From an interior design aspect, the rooms could be showcased in an interior design magazine. Lots of space, a huge bathroom, and comfortable bed. We actually preferred the pool view room as the other suite was almost too big for two people. Front desk service, however, left a lot to be desired. While friendly, we failed to receive basic information like the wi fi code or information on the hotel’s amenities. I asked about the hotel’s alleged spa, and I got a vague answer that it was not available for two days and that further information could be shared if needed. It didn’t feel like the spa was actually a working business, so I skipped booking any services. Also, I contacted the hotel a month before arrival and asked to book port transfers, and I was asked to contact the hotel again 1-2 days before arrival. I don’t understand why my request could not be confirmed after my first communication. What really put me over the edge was that we were granted a late check out by an hour from 11 am to 12 pm, and then the front desk staff pounded on our door at 11:30 am and said we needed to vacate the room so it could be cleaned. Unacceptable service for the high price point of the hotel. Also, the breakfast ordering process was quite annoying. We were asked to select our breakfast the night before and provide the front desk with a paper copy of our order. While I could understand why this would be necessary if we were staying at a B&B, the hotel offers a full service restaurant open to the public. Thus, there is absolutely no need to take our order the night before. Even worse, the paper form only offers a limited number of breakfast entrees, even though our server informed us on the third day that we could order anything we’d like from the menu. It’s a silly ordering process. The food was average overall. As for the room, it’s gorgeous but also leans more towards form over function. In our first room, there were 29 light switches - it was frustrating determining which switch controlled which light. Also, there was little privacy on the patio of our

We just spent 4 glorious nights at the Virtu suites, and let me start off by saying it was amazing and we would 100% go back. It’s a cute small boutique hotel with 8 rooms (?) and it’s very charming and well kept. The best thing about the Virtu is the location, it is literally directly across a tiny road to the beach, just a few steps away. The Prokopios beach is the best place to stay in Naxos it’s very central and it’s a beautiful beach. Complimentary lounge beds with thick plush cushions and an umbrella are provided by the Virtu right on the 1st row along the water, it’s absolute perfection. The attendants at the beach are amazing, and bring you drinks or food you could purchase at your leisure. The hotel room itself is charming and very nice. Open concept, with a table, couch and free Nespresso machine. It was very clean and well maintained. But I wouldn’t say it was exactly 5-star, if you’ve been to true 5stars in North America. The bed is comfortable and I slept well, but it’s definitely on the firm side. The sheets are fine but I would say a bit rough, and one of the pillows is quite hard. The towels too are a bit old and rough, but they’re fine. Definitely not 5-star bedding or towels, but it was more than adequate for Greece, but a bit of an inves**ent in the bedding and towels by the owners would go a long way to make it just that bit better. The AC in the room worked perfectly, the internet service most of the time, but in the evenings we found it a bit spotty. The bathroom in the room is very basic, just a small sink and walled off shower but not any room for storage. The shower was fine, we always had hot water, but pressure is average. You need adaptors for the electric sockets which were provided by the hotel. The service at the hotel was impeccable, the beach staff, restaurant staff serving complimentary breakfast every morning and the beach and front desk staff were amazing. Always friendly and extremely helpful with any questions or requests. The Greek yoghurt with honey was to die for! Overall , despite these small little things I’ve mentioned, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Virtue, it was a spectacular perfect place to stay in Naxos, you won’t regret it.

We just returned from a 16 day visit to Santorini, Naxos, Mykonos and Athens in celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Without a doubt, our favorite destination was Naxos, if for no other reason that our incredible experience staying at Virtu for four nights. Seriously . . . this hotel was phenomenal! While we enjoyed our suite overlooking the beach and beautiful water, it was the staff who really made our experience so wonderful. We were treated so well that it almost felt as though we were staying as guests in someone's home. From the bartender who made us special drinks each evening by the pool, to the restaurant and beach servers who remembered our names after the first day, this truly is a special place. The front row beach loungers are a classy touch, as is the cozy pool area and nicely appointed suite. Oddly enough, the Virtu was described on our itinerary as a "Four Star" property -- yet, it clearly outshined all of the "Five Star" hotels at which we stayed in Santorini, Mykonos and Athens. We cannot wait until we can return to Virtu and Naxos. This hotel is truly special!
