Everything we needed.. Transfer to the airport and they let us stay in the room until we left. Very helpful and friendly.

The room ww booked did not look like the pictures. Our sea view was overlooking parking lot. We changed rooms to a smaller room with no jacuzzi but a nice sea view. Charged more for the room change. A/c unit did not work.

This was a beautiful property on a street right across from one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and near the bus line for transport into Naxos Town. The included buffet breakfast is at bar just up the street- very convenient. The room itself was lovely, the only downside was the receptionist was rarely at the desk and we needed help several times.

The property was ok, the beds were not comfortable at all. They also did not provide much linen for the beds and all we had was a small blanket which had to be put onto the bed ourselves. The beach nearby was stunning, and we rented the beds from golden beach cafe everyday (I suggest doing the same, the owner was so nice)

The studio is in center, it is next to several restaurants and still quiet at night. We stayed 14 days and had a great time!!

This was just as I had hoped it would be; in fact it exceeded my expectations. Clean, VERY reasonably priced, great staff, nice breakfast at the Macoa a few steps down the street, and literally 70 steps from our hotel room door to the water's edge. I can not recommend more highly Many people have already sung its praises. The real reason I'm posting this is I believe that the poor reviews I've seen are for the other property called Colosseo. The pictures don't even match what I saw. I could be wrong, but the experiences that are shared are so diametrically opposite what we enjoyed that I'm certain that they can't be about this little gem of a hotel.

We traveled here from Santorini and stayed 3 nights with a group of friends totalling around 40 people. The pics of the rooms were accurate, the room was neat and clean. Each room was a little different as far as the floorplan was concerned. The staff was polite and friendly and the owner made sure we ate breakfast every day. 😊 The hotel is literally steps from the beach which is beautiful and its surrounded by restaurants and shops. Other sights are merely an ATV ride away! We had no complications or issues checking in or out, our experience was pleasant and we would definitely stay there again!! But next time we want the jacuzzi room (we were supposed to get it but another family member with the same last name got it instead). Its ok,we still got to use it, 😃.

We arrived to our hotel august 4th for 4 nights stay. I knew this place I would have to lower my expectations but we booked because friends were also staying here and the location to the beach right in front which is perfect. Upon getting to the hotel there is no reception at all. We had to walk around looking for someone when we found someone there was no formal check in they just walk you to your room. She opened the door and a light was flicking and it was no bigger than the size of a jail cell with no where to open a suitcase even. Dirty. Everywhere. Even a dead bug splattered and stuck on the wall. The air conditioner they had to change the battery and it was extremely hot with nothing to even sleep with but a top sheet. We went downstairs to the restaurant and immediately started searching to see what else was available. Thankfully was a room down the street at Naxos Island and the owner was so helpful there to make our horror of a day better by even driving us at 12 am to collect our bags himself. I was on the chat with ******* and colosseo denied my request for a refund because of their cancellation policy. I can assure you this is nothing what I was expecting at all. My visa will be in touch with them. There is zero sympathy from them at all. I am fine to pay one night where they could not re sell the room but this is highway robbery. I was in complete tears.

After we changed from a about 22 m2 room apar**ent to a about 26 m2 apar**ent (we booked 30 m2), we did not want to change the room again, so we stayed… The room was not cleaned daily, the beds were hard, there was no breakfast in the hotel (first in Macao, 100 meters away, after in the Gilden Beach (very good!). We nearly could not use the balcony due to the wind from the north, the sea-view was only side-sea-view…
