쿠쿠나리아 호텔 & 스위트(Koukounaria Hotel & Suites)

很失望的一次旅行，一言難盡，可能沒有到旺季，什麼都沒有的感覺。

Lovely hotel with large lovely pool. Room small clean and modern. Carpark available but fills up in a evening. We stayed B and B. Breakfast was just ok Nearby to all bars and restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach.

We stayed as a family of 3. The breakfast was excellent-the chef took real pride and the selection varied slightly each day. We’re used to quite basic breakfasts in other Greek islands so we were very pleasantly surprised. We ate out so didn’t try the evening meals but did have bar food during the day which was nice. The waiting staff were on duty morning, noon and night and were friendly, very hard working and efficient. There was always enough sun beds and the hotel maintained a relaxed vibe throughout the day. Our room was immaculately clean. The main stretch and beach were an easy walk. If we were to go back to this resort we would definitely return to this hotel

My wife and myself are just back from having a lovely 2 week stay at this lovely hotel. It was quite with it getting towards the end of the season. We stayed from the 20th of September until the 04th of October. We had booked a Chic room and was upgraded to a Deluxe suite at no extra cost. We stayed on a B & B basis and could not fault the breakfast as there was always plenty of choice. The staff was always chatie and PAVASKEVI always had a big smile when ever you seen her. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and umbrella's no matter what time of day you went down. As for eating out there was ample restaurant's to choice from. Would we go back to the Koukounairia Hotel and Suites yes but a bit earlier in the season.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff are efficient and friendly. Rooms are equipped with all essentials but beware tea, coffee and toiletries are not topped up daily, you will need to collect from reception if you want more. Pool is great and kept in excellent condition. There is no shortage of sun beds or umbrellas. Food is ok but there is better available from restaurants locally. Personally I wouldn’t take the half board option (I have tried it). Hotel transfer service is well worth the money. I have stayed here twice and will return.

Has potential to be 5* but nowhere near it today! Staff lovely, location perfect, room excellent (to a point!). The Hotel is let down badly with a disgustingly dirty bathroom and low (to non existent) water pressure meaning having a shower is a depressing unacceptable experience!

Just came back from a week at the hotel, we stayed in the royal suite for 6 nights. Found the hotel comfortable the free buffet breakfast was very good and accommodating everyone regardless of what you wanted. Although the hotel was full the pool was empty most days with plenty of sun beds. Hotel is close to the beach and restaurants. Not so good things I found was that there was no plates or cutlery in room if you fancied having something in the room even though there was a table and chairs to sit and eat. I understand most of the time you want to eat out but every now and again you just fancy something in the room. The cleaning is very hit and miss . If your room gets cleaned early it’s good if it’s one of the last rooms it’s terrible. The on-site restaurant wasn’t open all week although you can eat at pool side bar. All in all a good week but with little disappoin**ents

Still a lovely hotel, food is great and the staff are friendly. Perfect location with beautiful views from all rooms. Plenty of sunbeds at the pool which is very relaxing. We have now been 5 times and will happily go again next year.

This came with good reviews from Jet2holidays. A four star hotel. But for the money paid and the hotel rating its the small things that matter. 1/ air conditioning did not work, i had to chase up batteries for its remote 2/ had to ask for coffee, tea and milk every morning. Not supplied. 3/ a step in front of bathroom/toilet was particularly hazardous in the black of nighttime. The hotel receptionist and manager would only move our friends to a safer room if the paid a 30Euro Cleaning Fee. They would not budge and were insistent. On this particular day we could not find the Rep. so we wrote to Jet2 customer services. Eventually they wrote back and asked us to come back from the beach to the hotel to meet the rep. We did, reluctantly. Now for some reason the management took the same view. But the following day, they offered another same graded room but not steps. Has not left a sour taste and we will not be returning.
