I cannot express enough how amazing our family vacation was. Everything at this place is excellent. The staff / team is the most friendliest, caring and most professional we have ever had the pleasure to meet. The whole place is magic, the rooms, the beach, the spa, the treatments, the restaurants and bars and last but not least the pools. What a fabulous 9 days ,we have had,this is our last morning enjoying a coffee with the amazing view of Spinalonga and a very talented pianist playing in the background ,just perfect. The food has been excellent, so much choice in Thalos,with adult area if you want it. We chose outside all the time as the weather has been beautiful. Topos seafood restaurant was amazing ! Our room and pool private pool were well looked after by the wonderful Maria and Mailinda, thank you ladies. Restaurant staff couldn't do enough for us. Sofoklis, made sure we were looked after at breakfast and in the evening . The ladies who booked us in always smiling and very helpful . The young man ,working tirelessly in the Dome bar in the evenings. However our biggest thanks goes to the amazing ,kind, helpful Christina . Breakfast and at the adult pool an absolute star,thank-you Christina , you are an asset to the Domes. Out and about, Plaka and Elounda are both walkable ,or bus or taxi . A little further to Agios Nikolas, again bus or taxi if no car. Bus stop right outside the hotel Those morning sunrises,amazing . Great holiday, so relaxing .

This place is amazing. Christina took care of me every morning during the breakfast buffet and during the day at the adult pool. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and has a lot of variety. The Soma Spa is really nice the staff is very attentive and Mary have a great massage.

The ‘++´ : Location is great and stunning view from suite. All staff is very very nice, smiley and welcoming. Kids club is wonderful with good activities and all the carers were nice and engaging with kids, trying to help them to make firend. Outdoor gym is fantastic. Buggy available to go to/from places. Amazing beach for kids. Food is good at every restaurant. The ‘- -‘ : No entertainment for kids at night/after dinner, No heated pool, Prices for drinks especially outrageous (5€ water or expresso with ice). Restaurant’s booking policy is a pain & not many place available. Full board option is not really full board at Dinner for restaurants. Service is not quick or very efficient at restaurants on evenings. Biggest issue is the use of plastic bottle (+bath bottled products), we had ± 50bottles (10day/family of 4), but the water in the hotel is drinkable so I really hope the hotel and the group adopt a more eco cautious approach.

This is our first time in Greece and we are very happy that we chose this hotel. Everything is fine: the beach is clean, the rooms are stylish and spacious, the food is varied and tasty. I would like to express special gratitude to the hotel staff, in particular to the girls from the reception Michaela, Mary and Maria. My sister lost her phone and they were very responsive and understanding and helped us to find it. Also a big thank you to cleaning lady Irini who found the phone and returned it. Such a kind and responsive attitude of the staff to the guests makes the rest much better. Thank you very much!

One of the best locations for somebody to enjoy your vacation. The hôtel is beautiful and thé beach breathtaking. It is huge but thé transportation is really easy with thé drivers they have hère that are really friendly. Lastly, Stacey that knows french and Giorgos were incredible and made us feel liké home. Coming black soon!

An incredible experience of impeccable service, amazing views and accommodation! The people of Domes of Elounda are the best service providers I have ever met, always with a genuine smile and willingness to accommodate every need. The manager has surpassed every expectation and is rightfully leading his team to excellence. The room is rated top in comfort, cleanliness, amenities with a private pool that exceeds any expectation. Top cuisine with exquisite dishes and amazing cocktails! Congratulations and a bravo to the best I have ever experienced! I welcome the opportunity to visit again and I highly recommend Domes of Elounda to all of my friends and family!

We booked the room with the pool. Hands down, it was the best decision. We will go out sightseeing, come back tired, and, after a long drive, to our hotel and jump in the pool in the backyard of our room, a different experience. I paid an arm and a leg for the plunge pool in the room during our honeymoon in Tahiti, but here, it was very reasonable and within many people's budgets. The rooms were far from the lobby/breakfast area. You could request a golf cart, but it took time, so we usually walked. 1. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. 2. The staff was very polite and helpful. 3. Restaurants were okay, but there were many nice restaurants of all budgets within a 10-15-minute drive, so we usually ate lunch/dinner outside the hotel. 4. The bar and the breakfast area had a beautiful view, and eating and sitting with that view was phenomenal. 5. Room was very spacious with a beautiful view. Resort itself was very beautiful, and the location was ideal 6. Valet and Self Parking available. 7. We checked out at 5 AM, and the checkout person made a mistake but was very helpful. He didn't have access to refund the extra charge, so he called his supervisor's cell early in the morning to ensure the extra charges were refunded immediately. It was his mistake, but he ensured I didn't have to wait for my refund. This took some time, and the golf cart driver noticed all this, so he brought my self-parked car, heated up, loaded our luggage, and buckled up the kids in the car to make sure they were warm and asleep in the car and not waiting for me in the cold out in half asleep state. Very thoughtful!!! There were no cons at this resort, and I will always stay at this or its sister properties when we return to Crete.

We had a wonderful stay. We were staying in a core one bedroom apartment with a private pool, which while it missed out on a view of spinalonga, benefitted from a lovely view of Elounda and wonderful afternoon sun and sunsets. The room and facilities were fabulous and it felt very luxurious and made for a super relaxing stay. Our room gave us access to Haute Living, which was always fairly quiet when we visited. It was well stocked, with plenty of choice. The main restaurant was good, which had a nice adults only section with nice views. Breakfast was good, and brunch even better. Evening buffet was good, but whilst there is not a huge choice, we always found something we liked. The outdoor gym was really good, and when it became too windy, which happened a couple of times during our stay, we used the indoor gym in the Haute Living area. All the staff were really friendly and helpful with any queries we had. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort. We would also be tempted to stay at another domes resort.
