I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The actual hotel itself is fantastic, from the design of the complex to the rooms. The hotel is made up of bungalow style rooms which are spread around the complex instead of a high rise hotel so you don’t feel on top of other guests. The grounds are well kept and beautiful, with different pieces or art dotted around. There is a lovely pool and some villas have private pools. There are two small private beaches and also lots of sun beds along the sea front with ladders to get in the sea, all private for the hotel and again you don’t feel on top of other guests, we spent most of our time here. There is a lovely beach bar where you can order drinks and food using an app and it’s brought to you. The restaurants on site are outstanding, the Buffett breakfast was amazing, so much choice and quality. There is an evening buffet too which is also outstanding. We also ate in Terpsis, an a la carte menu, on my birthday, which was outstanding. The resident DJ, DJ Manos is great too and certainly made my 50th birthday celebration that extra special when we danced in the sea under the super moon. The staff, what can I say, I can’t express how wonderful they all are. From the cleaners and gardeners to the hotel reception staff and client liaison to the bar staff and restaurant staff. Everyone greets you with a smile, they are so welcoming, friendly and will do anything for you. It’s clear this hotel wants you to have the most amazing time so you will want to return and we do and we will most definitely be back. My Wife and I had a great couple of trips to the spa for treatments. Creten massages with Ava and Steline were fantastic and the whole spa is a great place to spend some time relaxing during the heat of the day.

This place is paradise! The hotel is so beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed having the option of a private pool! The staff goes above and beyond and is so accommodating! We have specific dietary needs and they were able to meet our needs and exceed our expectations! We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Great hotel with splendid view, gardens, beach and room. Restaurants were also very good. What makes this hotel absolutely special is the staff. They are the kindest and go above and beyond to help you, always with a smile.

My daughter got married here and it was by far the most beautiful wedding, and so seamless! The staff are so kind, especially ylena. The food was delicious, every meal better than the next. The beaches with beautiful water, so clean and incredible - with actual sand not rocks. Definitely the most amazing hotel in Greece, filled with art, flowers and an incredible view and access to the sea. Really recommend it!

A very enjoyable weeklong stay!! I loved the service, the attitude and graciousness of the entire staff.. The rooms were, B+/A- the living room in our 2 bedroom suite, should have been built a bit larger and better furnished. It was sp**** and cold, the concrete of it all.. The outdoor space was brilliant, and the property was large, spacious but not so big you couldn't experience it all, over a few days visit... The food, the food was terrific. Front dest and management were fantastic, and them going out of their way to actually dive and find our friend's wedding ring.. I mean they impressed me. SO service gets a major A++.. Food A+... Vibe A+.. Property A+ Rooms B+/A- Cleanliness A+... Spa A... the spa impressed me because they really tried and succeeded in fixing the BAD treatment /Massage our friend received for free.. Overall I give the hotel a very strong A, like a breath away from an A+!!

My poor rating is due to the room my fiancé and I stayed in. BE WARNED of room no. 104 - it sits somewhat outside the hotel grounds next to a weathered caravan, plastic kids' toys, and laundry racks. We got to see what gets hidden from the other hotel guests: mainly bags of laundry and empty bottles collected over the day and stored alongside the back wall for other hotel guests but in plain sight for us. The room itself was shockingly bad and disappointing. The photos online showcasing the room were a complete facade, we clearly got screwed over. Please see the photos attached, you'll see what I mean - a mix of old (mirrors, TV, nightstands, and lamps) with new pieces (clothes rack and kitchenette) - it felt wrong for a design hotel to offer these rooms to guests. The "kitchen" had nothing in it to use so in reality it was completely useless. The complementary wine bottle was forgotten but delivered upon us asking for it on the second day. The welcome flowers were left on our bed completely wilted. We also were told to expect a surprise as the trip was our in celebration of our engagement but no surprise was delivered. The description of the room was very much misrepresented. Had we known we would have booked a different room or a different hotel as we feel we didn’t get what we paid for. Such a shame. The worst part is that after politely giving feedback they ignored it, said they would get back to us the next day, and never did. We even emailed them afterward to express our disappointment and they never followed up.

I had an amazing full body massage after doing a mini bootcamp for 4 days Stelina gave me exactly what I needed to relax and stretch my muscles. This hotel and spa is the perfect end to my holiday. I feel so relaxed thank you Stelina xx

We had a wonderful relaxing and quiet week staying in this very peaceful and serene hotel. On arrival at the hotel we were immediately met by staff who whisked away our luggage and guided us towards the reception. We immediately felt like we were relaxed and on holiday after our 40 minute taxi ride from the airport. We had a very modern bungalow right on the water's edge by one of the small sandy beaches. The layout of the hotel is very discreet with the bungalows dotted about amongst art work and greenery. The main restaurant and pool are only a short walk from the sea. There are plenty of sun loungers on stone jetties overlooking the sea, each with their own ladder to easily climb into the water. The spa is quiet, clean and relaxing and we had a very relaxing massage there. The main restaurant was not too busy and there was plentiful amounts of tasty food beautifully presented in the buffet area. The service was attentive and dishes cleared away promptly. We also eat in the Terpsis restaurant which was a lovely setting with delicious food.We used the gym, which is small but adequate and also walked into the local town, which the hotel is on the outskirts of. Certainly if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, this is a wonderful choice. We also loved all the art work spaced throughout the hotel and in the gardens. We went in later October and the weather was around 28 deg each day and the sea was refreshing to swim in.
