Hotel made by Israelis for young Israelis. Very loud Israeli (only) music. Dirty pool. Long waiting for beach towels. Security personnel all around the place. It makes you feel insecure. Neighbours can be VERY noisy for hours (after midnight). If you want to relax, DO NOT visit this hotel. Not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Very nice building. Impresive sea view from the rooms with sea view. Very good breakfast.

Checked in after 7:30 pm and the hotel was quite busy on a Saturday night. We were only here one night so I cannot speak to much of the amenities on offer at the hotel. We were in a direct sea view room and it was small. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than 1 night. Everything was clean, wi fi worked very well along with the A/C. It was Greek night so we had dinner at the ala carte restaurant with excellent live music. Dinner was very enjoyable. Breakfast the next morning was amazing! What an array of choices. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine in the room and complimentary cocktails on the rooftop. The rooftop is very unique with chairs sitting in shallow water on the roof. The remaining chairs are on dry land - no wet feet LOL. Cocktails were great! The next morning we went to shower and we had a broken faucet. Called reception and they said maintenance would up right away. To our surprise he was!! Never do you call with a maintenance problem and someone shows up right away. He said he would fix it in 5 minutes and it was!! Impressive service!! We had a great one night and would choose the hotel again without hesitation. Maybe next time for longer. Only small complaint would be the parking in a dirt lot and almost full. Maybe a paved parking lot would be a great addition to the hotel.

Missed opportunity, nicely renovated ,but either grossly under-stuffed or have no clue how to run a hotel . Stuff was very polite but not effective , Music was playing all day & night either from the hotel l or the beach bars right next to the hotel . Was always too loud for the occasion and wrong theme music . Roof garden bar ( adults only ) was poorly decorated and there were families with young children playing . The spa was ok . Food was average but eatable . The beach was nice , towels were always in shortage and small for the beach beds .Not a five star hotel .Left more tired than I arrived.

You can't polish a 7urd but you can roll it in glitter. Thats exactly what these people have done. The poor staff, running around like headless chickens under constant threat of disciplinary action from a seemingly non existent, clueless management. If you lose something in your room, as we did, it won't turn up, even though we were assured they had retrieved the item, somehow it got "lost". The music? OMG they only have 1 CD and it's so loud and on repeat all day. The juxtaposition of music emanating from at least three bars next door goes on until 3am at weekends. This is not Magaluf. The assumption that if you build something that looks cool, it will be cool is quite astonishingly wrong. This is a 4 star hotel. nothing more. In fact I'll go so far as to say I hate the place. it's a dystopian nightmare. 6 emails remain unanswered in regard to our "missing" item. 6!!!!

This is not a 5 star hotel. Do not expect the service of a 5 star. My family and I stayed here for 4 nights, paying for 4 rooms. Upon arrival we had a really nice greeting from a member of the concierge. Sadly, we did not have a proper explanation of where and how everything worked. The first meal we had wasn’t the best, maybe we didn’t order the right things. Service is terribly poor, the staff promise that they will come and take your order. They don’t. They seem to disappear all the time. On the roof terrace, when there was a party of the rooftop, there was 1 staff member, who it took ages to order a beer from. The food is fairly good but it is the same kind of ingredients in each dish every night. The fire alarm goes off every odd day, it went off at 11:30pm with elderly guest running down, whilst some just looking over their balconies seeming like it was a reoccurring thing. Extremely terrifying especially that there are wild fires near by. Towels were a really annoying issue, being a 5 star, on our first day we were told they did not have any towels to give to us. We eventually, for them after 4 hours. The elevators, they didn’t work. On a constant, out of the 4 elevators that they had, 2 didn’t work. The staff used the same elevators as the guests, carrying trash bags that leaked and stunk up the elavators. The gym wasn’t open, even though it was supposed to be open at 24/7. I had to eventually ask a fellow guest to unlock it. The cleaning of the rooms, felt like I had simply thrown my duvet over the bed. No condiments like coffee was put back after I had used it the first day. The staff were very kind though. On a positive note, the hotel is new and modern just seems nothing works. If you want something that works download some Netflix to numb the pain, the Wi-Fi is crazy fast.

Service is very slow and very bad. Roof top is closed. Also there is a night club close to the hotel, very loud music every night until 3/4am, impossible to sleep ! If you are looking for a calm and quiet place, it s not this place

Yes, it's brand new [open only a month at the time of writing]. And no, it's not perfect. But for trend-setting and cool luxury accommodation, it's fantastic! Check-in hostess was wonderful and super-professional, as were front desk staff. Breakfast is very, very good. Admittedly, breakfast staff could be more attentive, but hopefully this improves. Most of the design elements are truly ground-breaking, but form doesn't always follow function at the Isla Brown. The rooms/suites are small, but cleverly laid out. The furniture is new and felt good. The main pool, while seemingly small, is plenty big. And the beach is inviting and well-maintained. Again, more serving staff would be welcome here. A few free watersports on offer for hotel guests. With 10% discount off the rest. Really the ONLY place to be if your travels take you to this corner of Greece.

amazing Hotel, best beach front and excellent staff and service. Been there for a week, great food, beautiful panoramic pool and the beach is extremely close so you can move from the pool to sea in seconds. The rooms are big and plenty of room for families The service was great, specially George. A lot of beach activities for kids and adults .

Me and my family stayed 2 weeks, The staff went above and beyond to help and assist in evrey request. George - thank you for all the help you even took it to another level, you made feel welcome and safe We recommand to stay here great placevwith great service.
