The comfort is high at this hotel the best part is food . Ayush supported well and I am impressed by his hospitality. Services are very prompt.

Great stay. Thank you Abhijit Chaudhary for special consideration. The ambience is great and the food is homely with local cuisines and international dishes to try from. Ample staff to cater to all your needs. Infrastructure is good as well keeping up with the current status of hotels in India.

Went there for a Sunday evening for a buffet. Absolutely loved it, specially the Chicken item in the starter, the main course was pretty good too. They didn't have ice cream in the buffet, but they arranged ice cream when I asked for it and didn't charge anything extra. The behaviour of the staff is really good, specially Jabed who made our evening a pleasant one.

Had a good breakfast . Biswajit kept us busy and satisfied with all his dedication . God bless him. Hotel is good except some issues either laundry . They have outsourced it so timing is not very guaranteed. Near to airport and main attractions

All the people at reception were very good. We would like to highlight few specific observations. Mr Abhijit Chaudhary was very cooperative and supportive. We are very happy. House keeping staff were good and helpful. Particularly, Mr Dipankar did very good job. He is very hard working guy, supportive and courteous as well. Ms Subhra Debbarma, house keeping supervisor, did her best always to make our stay comfortable. She was always attentive to our requirements with a sweet smile. We enjoyed the food very much at restaurant except few items. All the people were very good, supportive and attentive which helped us to enjoy the food.

Impeccable service. Excellent food. And special shout out to Barnali for exceptional customer experience. Housekeeping is good. I m coming to agartala since last 10 years and wish polo would have opened sooner. Just what agartala city was missing.

The dinner is well and it's taste are good. Biswajit was well in serving. He has knowledge for the menu, interact and guidance to customer is so good. About the cleanliness is 10/10. Service of all the staff is also 10/10. Happy to visit this restaurant.

Good food great food . And service of Biswajit was great. Snacks were Good Assam tea taste was really nice. Recommended for next visit. Really service was good and service person was very polite. Lovely experience. Good environment liked it
