Perfect Hotel in term of: Hotel team surrounding you with open hearts, out-of-box thinking, perfect services; excellent location just in 100 meters from main slope; yumee RAKLET restaurant; very responsive room service. Always available cart ride to the slope.

Beautiful room, amazing views on the mountains and beyond helpful and accommodating staff that made us feel welcomed and gave us the tips and resources to enjoy the city as much as possible. I highly recommend the Bali massage at the spa. Great stay!

Nice hotel. Score: 7.5/10 We stay in Rosa khutor often and it’s certainly a better one. (Tip: Hotel Panorama was much better value and hotel Rixos was much more luxurious) Staff was 5 stars. 10/10 Breakfast was good with fresh juice, champagne, and wide selection. Sadly, Breakfast atmosphere wasn’t so nice considering there was no windows or views - big downfall compared to other hotels in Rosa Khutor with big windows viewing the mountains. Warning for families: We were very disappointed and surprised that children under 5 years old are not allowed in the pool area. This was heart breaking for our children. But they did help us get into another hotel for our kids to swim which was nice.

Very much impressed with the host! Was upgraded with a room, congratulated with BD (a cake, fruits, wine) and very late check out. Hotel manager Mr.Alexey gave us the best efforts to memory this vacation and come back again. Breakfasts are the best in this area with smoothie, fresh vege and fruit juice, different eggs and high quality other meal.

Отличный отель! Очень доброжелательный перснал! Чудесные завтраки, много рыбы, что сейчас бывает не везде. Замечательное меню подушек. И конечно - изюменка отеля - шоколадный час! Ребенок был в восторге! Особое спасибо менеджерам Фарходу и Даше (если ошиблась в именах - простите), которые прекрасно решали все наши незначительные проблемы. Мы получили бесплатный апгрейд номера и в результате провели майские праздники в очень достойном люксе с чудесной большой верандой на которой с удовольствием гуляла наша кошка, греясь на солнышке.Спасибо за отличный отдых! Обязательно приедем еще!

Отличный отель. Расположен чуть в стороне от центральной площади,так что тихий и уединенный отдых вам гарантирован. Просторные номера,разнообразные и вкусные завтраки. Подвозят до канатной дороги на электрокаре. С удовольствием вернёмся снова
