We stayed as a toutistica gap group. Staff very helpful. Clean and nice food. Enjoy your stay. we could not see any single mistake during our stay. Strongly advice this hotel for your Nemrut visit. You ll like it.

We were scheduled to stay here for two nights. The stay turned in to four nights due to a heavy snowstorm which caused our flights to be cancelled for several days. Overall we liked the hotel a lot but it had a few quirks that could be improved upon. (Note that until recently this hotel was a Hilton Garden Inn,) The room was nice and decent sized. Breakfast was marginal but lunch and dinner were excellent. It was hard to believe the quality they maintained for lunch and dinner considering they had few guests while we were there. The waiters were all very good, including Gaffari who served us a few times. The front desk personnel were friendly and helped us with several issues. Not everyone at the hotel is fluent in English but it’s not a problem. Most speak at least a little English or are adept at using Google translate. They had live music in their ballroom one night while we were there. It was a lot of fun. My biggest issue with the hotel was the fact they didn’t seem to heat the common areas. The temperature rarely rose above 50 degrees Fahrenheit in the lobby, restaurant and hallways. You had to wear a coat to eat. Not sure if this is customary in this area or if they’re just cheap but it was ridiculous. Despite the heating problem, we liked the place. Pretty sure we would like it a lot more in the summer, however.

Very disappointing. When we asked the Manager if we could have some help with our luggage, he rather pompously replied “that is not our concept. We are a self-service hotel.” It is clearly targeting package tours and local dignitaries for dinner and functions. Dinner service was poor. Despite being one of only a few people dining, we were served last and got the impression that local people had precedence over us (people who arrived afterwards were served immediately, whereas we had to wait). Many people were smoking, despite it being indoors. The bedroom had a constantly flashing bright light (smoke detector) that couldn’t be switched off and kept me awake half the night. Breakfast was a scrum with the dining room packed with tour guests who would have put a vulture to shame!

Ich bin in der Türkei, ein Land mit sehr guter Küche. Leider erhält man nur sehr viel Maggi in der Suppe. Der Rest sieht dann auch nicht vertrauenserweckend aus. Es ist immer eine gute Idee die Gäste nicht zu fragen, ob es geschmeckt hat. Kartoffeln als Pommes getarnt und dann kalt sind ebenfalls nicht schmackhaft.

Konakladığım oteller arasında en iyilerden biriydi.İlk girişte bizi karşılayan resepsiyonist arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlüydü .Yemekler şahaneydi özellikle kara kavurmaya bayıldık.Odaların temizliği için canla başla çalışan temizlk personellerine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.Deprem bölgesi olmasına rağmen hizmetten sınır tanımayan Park Dedeman Adıyaman otel inş tekrardan görüşürüz.
