HUGE sites and amazing facilities This is the second time we have stayed. First time in a cabin and this time in out caravan. The playground and activities for kids are so well thought out. Key cards at the gates make you feel extra secure. Lovely amenities always cleaned and amazing camp kitchens spread around the park. Beach access and lovely walking tracks surround. 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights in a Willy the Whiting cabin. The cabin was well presented, clean & tidy with an easy check in process. The park has some amazing facilities with so much for the kids to do. Pool (nice & warm even though its outdoor), splash park, Kids playrooms, gym & massive playpark. The beach is right next to the park and easy to get to with park access through gates along the side. One of the best parks I've stayed at. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

For our first camping trip as a family, not just camping but completely out of my wife and kids comfort zone the park was just magical, and helped us realise what things we need and what, we don’t to have a great time and the staff went above and beyond to help us out on our last night, as, our tent leaked and they put us up in a small cabin for the night so we could be dry and warm to help with the experience of our holiday, we did not mind we had to pay the extra for the cabin. The facilities were awesome and that staff very friendly and amenities very clean plus also staffed 24hrs with grounds staff, plus some of the families were lovely and helped with advice on making steps for future trips in regards to camping with not only tents but also camper trailers and caravans

Wow!! What a fabulous holiday location. Our family of 5 highly recommend West Beach for its Phenomenal location, wonderfully maintained sites, magnificent staff and terrifically presented play areas. This park offered engaging activities for people of all ages, a complimentary BBQ during gather round whilst providing an inclusive atmosphere for all. Highly recommended.

Came to stay for Gather Round the park was packed but staff were very friendly park was clean and well organised with sausage sizzles, djs cocktail parties and a huge range of other activities for the whole family. Will definitely be back next year !!

You would think cleanliness would be a bare minimum... not in our cabin. We paid just under $1300 for a basic jimmy the jellyfish cabin for 6 nights. On arrival the aircon was on but the cabin had not been cleaned. The floor was filthy enough to make our toddlers bare feet black within 10 minutes. There was graffiti on the walls and marks everywhere. Thick spider webs on the door frames and ceiling. Ants! Thankfully we didnt need to be there 24/7 and there was a supermarket nearby to purchase cleaning products - i wasnt trusting staff to clean as they clearly dont.... Plus. The bed was comfortable but the single beds need updting... welded metal frames bolted to the floor. The grounds were nice, but we didnt use them, it wasnt a leisurely trip. Would we stay again? Thats a big no.

The service is always brilliant each time we stay here. This recent stay was amazing - the staff went above and beyond with their service. My elder mother who is presently using a walking stick following a fall finds it difficult to walk too far - the lovely reception followed up my request for possible transport from the office area to our unit. They not only offered this to my mum but also to me and my son plus moving our luggage. We were given this service a couple of times while we were there for which I say a big thank you. Plus the air conditioner had been turned on so we entered a lovely cool unit despite the dreadfully humid conditions. Thank to one and all in the reception area. We will be back .

LOVE staying here! always clean, great communication and amazing staff. Great facilities for families and lots to do for the kids. we have stayed here most times we visit Adelaide and having public transport out the front is great. Highly recommend to any person looking for a enjoyable place to stay and so relaxing to get away from the farm.

Great Great Great & Great. This is the place to stay in Adelaide. Was last here a few years ago and they certainly have not stinted on new toys for their guests. The new playground, free inclusions like free bus trip to the golf driving range with 25 complimentary balls & free clubs and the fantastic cafe made the trip a breeze.
