나는 거의 한 달 동안 여기에 머물렀다. 첫 주 경험은 7일 동안 격리를 해야 하고 방이 불편해서 불행했습니다. 전혀 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 창가에 빛이 없어서 특히 회의와 일상적인 화상 회의가 있을 때 온라인 작업이 매우 어려웠습니다. 방은 매우 추웠고 히터가 없었습니다. 일부 램프도 작동하지 않았으므로 번개를 개선할 수 있습니다. 이것은 내 작업에 영향을 미쳤습니다. 창 맞은편 구조는 모든 자연 채광을 훔쳐갔고 꽤 무섭게 보였기 때문에 매우 소름끼쳤습니다. 첫 주 동안, 나는 혼란스러운 다른 직원들에 의해 다른 정보를 들었습니다. 불행히도 내 COVID 결과가 늦어서 앞으로 이틀 동안 체류를 연장하게 되었습니다. 그러나 직원들은 사과했고 매니저는 저에게 몇 번 개인적으로 연락했습니다. 검역 후 훨씬 더 깨끗하고 좋은 방으로 옮겨져 자연 채광과 편의 시설이 잘 갖춰진 온라인 작업을 할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 직원들은 친절했고 위생 조치로 요리하는 요리사를 볼 수 있었고 모두 음식 위생, 손 씻기 등을 실천했습니다. 제안: 첫 7일 동안 자정에 누군가가 저에게 전화를 걸어 세탁물이 준비되었다고 말했습니다. 그 시간에 손님을 부를 수 없는 타이밍에 놀랐습니다. 아마도 더 나은 훈련이 있어야 할 것입니다. 한 번 레스토랑/바에서 음료를 마시고 싶었고 웨이터가 제 방에서 술을 마셔야 한다고 말했습니다. 나중에 나는 다른 사람들이 바에서 술을 마시는 것을 보았다. 그들은 허용 여부를 확인하기 위해 서로 또는 관리자와 의사 소통해야 합니다. 직원들은 더 나은 이해를 위해 서로 더 많이 의사 소통해야 고객에게 동일하고 다르지 않게 알릴 수 있습니다. 직원은 때때로 고객이 괴로움을 느낀다면 변명하지 말고 인정해야 한다는 점을 이해해야 합니다. 아마도 COVID 때문에 9층의 바가 문을 닫고 스파가 없고 보석 및 선물 가게가 문을 닫았고 체육관에 접근할 수 없다는 말을 들었을 때 나머지 호텔 편의 시설이 문을 닫았을 것입니다. 위치는 레스토랑과 카페에서 가까운 Bole의 완벽한 위치에 있습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 인피니티 카페가 있어서 좋습니다. 전반적으로 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 가능한 한 도움을 주려고 노력했다고 생각합니다. 직원 중 일부는 프론트 데스크의 직원 중 한 명이 새 방으로 변경하는 것을 돕고 Edna 몰로 안내하고 교통 수단 등을 도와주는 등 매우 친절하고 정말 안심했습니다. 대기 직원 중 일부는 정말 친절했고 항상 어떻게 했는지 물었습니다. 나는 그랬고 내 하루는 달콤하고 친절했습니다. 호텔은 보안 조치로 안전하고 안전합니다. 매니저도 몇 번 체크인을 하고 개인적으로 공항까지 데려다 줘서 안심이 되고 친절했습니다. 나는 곧 돌아올 수 있기를 희망하며 아디스에 돌아올 때 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

Exceptional overall, I was very pleased! From check in to check out everything was great. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The only person not as friendly was the lady in the gift shop, but she was not rude in any way, just not as helpful or cheerful as everyone else. The chef in the breakfast restaurant was so knowledgeable and friendly and food was superb!

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. The hotel itself is a great location and very clean. What stands the most is how attentive the staff are. Everyone goes above and bey nd with a smile

This hotel is the type that once you found it you will return to, any time you are in town. The staff are so warm, making any issue disappear, giving advice about your visit and always there for a friendly chat or to play with our child in the foyer. The rooms are super clean, great beds, hot water and internet that is always there. It's close to the airport and a taxi ride away from most of the major attractions in the city. Locally their are some nice restaurants, shopping area and plenty of coffee shops. Just want to thanks all the staff for their welcome and hospitality once again, you all made our trip that much more special.

아주 좋은 호텔, 아디스바바의 5성급 수준, 그리고 이곳의 직원들은 훌륭합니다. 제가 떠나는 날이 마침 제 생일이었는데, 저한테는 말도 없이 생일 케이크까지 준비해주셨는데 정말 깜짝 놀랐어요!

I stayed at Holiday Hotel from 22 to 29 December. The staff were phenomenal. Many amenities to include airport shuttle, free breakfast, room service, laundry service, and a wonderful restaurant and bar. The room was clean and had modern amenities. Bed was very comfortable. I was treated so well for my short time there. If someone wants to support small business while getting all of the perks of a chain hotel, I recommend Holiday Hotel.
