Your Hotel is beautiful and the staffs are friendly and very helpful especially the night manager Biruk he was very helpful also the restaurant food was delicious. I really recommend this hotel apartment for hotel livers. Thank you for everything

This is my 3rd time staying at Reliance hotel, great location and close to all amenities. The staffs are superb, exceptionally helpful, so welcoming and could not fault them at all. The rooms are very comfortable in every way and staffs ensured my room was spotless on a daily basis. Buffet breakfast is amazing, good choice of food for breakfast, they go out of their way to provide you with your preference choice! Thank you for your warm welcome, you made my stay more pleasant as usual and hope to see you in 2024. A

The hotel is at great location for those hanging around international airport, Bole. I noticed a couple of friendly waiters and receptioninist. But I hate the fact that one of the receptionist almost kicked me out 'in the name of cleaning the table, unprofessional" Huh, wifi, unfortunately is for only guests with bedrooms. Not recommended for chats with folks from around with cups of coffee and cake while also having internet service! Glad that I have my own, mobile.
