Nice service. Food was delicious. Area is very quite and there is a supermarket nearby

住了一禮拜，Wifi和手機信號都不是特別好，有線網絡都會因為停電時斷時續，熱水經常沒有，房間挺大，頂樓的餐食也好吃

I recently stayed at the Swiss Inn Nexus Hotel in Addis Ababa and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was horrified to find that our room was infested with bed bugs. Expecting a swift and understanding response, I immediately requested a refund. To my dismay, the hotel staff was uncooperative and dismissive.They refused to take responsibility for the issue, citing that the payment was made online and therefore not within their purview to address. This response was not only unhelpful but also baffling, as the payment was made directly on their website. When I sought clarification on how to proceed, the receptionist was unable to provide any assistance, claiming ignorance about their own third-party payment partner.After my own research, I discovered that Travel Book Group was the third party involved. I reached out to them, and subsequently, Priceline responded, stating that the hotel denied the refund request and they couldn't intervene. This entire ordeal was not just frustrating but also disheartening, as it showed a complete lack of customer service and responsibility from the Swiss Inn Nexus Hotel. It's unacceptable for a hotel to disregard such serious complaints and leave their guests in distress without any support or solutions.

Hello was last week there, staff nice and friendly but you feel the Manager saving only money. Is not nice with this high rates at this old Hotel. Sure will not come again to this place.Hope the will spend again more money for the guest !!!!!!!.There a lot of nice Busnuss Hotel in this city..

This is a large hotel with best facilities. We booked a double room which was certainly spacious and suited our needs. It also included a balcony with views Good bathroom and good Wi-Fi. The staff in the front desk have been more helpful, friendly extremely well mannered. The food is testy👍but Lunch and breakfast room was crowded most mornings and every afternoon However, this was the only let down on what is a good hotel at a really good price.

When you come to addis abeba weather its for a business or planed to have vacation swiss inn Nexus hotel is right place to stay. The excellent facilities, the helpful staff, the well laid out room. The view. The bath and shower, traditional coffee, just what we needed after a long day!👍

Very friendly customer service. The rooms, spa, gym, restaurant, house keeping...Awsome. = in some instances, I encountered toilets smelling and disturbing though the complaint response was satisfactory and would like to tell u bluffly.

to the Nexus Hotel Addis Ababa I wanted to mention the hotel as a high-class guest house, friendly staff, rich food and spacious and clean rooms I would highly recommend I will highly recommend to my friends and post the place on social media

I stayed in the hotel at weekend as part of a family vacation and I have nothing to complain about and no issues to recommend. A very wonderful, helpful and welcoming front office team, staff and nice facilities. I found the hotel serves with clean rooms, delicious food and buffet breakfast meets both expectations and standards. Thank you Swiss Inn Nexus Hotel team!
