I was unable to use reservation due to illness preventing travel; attempts at contacting establishment to inform office of my inability to use room several days prior a disappointment and as such being charged rate with no service received without so much as a room credit for future stay is theft.
Airline did a full value voucher for future travel and I would like to request the same from Marriot
. A response from management would be appreciated
