팔라초 조반니(Palazzo Giovanni Bed and Breakfast)

Wonderful hotel! The atmosphere was amazing. The owner Silvio is very kind and gave us a trial of their homemade limoncino when we arrived. Breakfast is excellent, with breathtaking views to the Etna and to the sea from the terrace. The homemade pistachio cream served for breakfast is delicious, as well as the pistachio croissant. I highly recommend Palazzo Giovanni.

Top location - nice views of sea and Etna. Very quiet area. Beautiful greenery surroundings when having your breakfast on the rooftop. Breakfast very basic, too basic - but was enough for us. Spacious rooms, with all amenities. Super clean bedroom and bathroom. Lock-up garage very convenient given we travelled by car from Malta. Owner Silvio is very nice and helpful - always up for a chat on anything :)

Eleven years after our first stay at Palazzo Goivanni we were pleased to see that the place is still as charming as it was back then. Silvio is the perfect host, always smiling and helping with very good tips. Bedrooms are great very clean and comfortable. Breakfast time at the roof top is one of the best experience you will have in Sicily, enjoying the wonderful view of Etna and the Mediterranean sea. Just perfect!

A four star hotel with a 6 star host for sure. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. Silvio is an amazing host. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. We were there 11 years ago while Etna was erupting, watching bright lava being thrown into the air. This time, only smoke from the top, still impressive. We will hopefully return again.

With the vista of Mount Etna in the background, Palazzo Giovanni is situated in a quiet street. Parking is available across the road in a large lemon grove and is a great place to stay. Within walking distance of the boat harbour of Stazzo and a short drive from the beautiful town of Acireale, our host Silvio made our weekend there a memorable one. He was very helpful in suggesting itineraries and places to see and eat. The room allocated was large, airy and clean, opening up onto a patio inhabited by kittens and tortoises. Would love to go there again.

Consigliatissimo. Il posto è come descritto con parcheggio privato e cancello chiuso. Il gestore Sig. Silvio è una persona eccezionale e accogliente e ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli sui ristoranti della zona dove consumare i migliori piatti tipici oltre che indicarci i luoghi da visitare. Il terrazzo dove viene servita la colazione (ottima e abbondante) offre un panorama spettacolare vista Etna da una parte e mare dall'altra. La posizione del B&B è strategica, ottima per visitare Acireale e dintorni (Catania, Taormina etc.) La camera pulita e profumata è molto curata e arredata con stile. Torneremo sicuramente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Immediatamente si possono notare la pulizia e l’eleganza del palazzo. La colazione ( molto buona) è servita in terrazza e si può ammirare un panorama bellissimo.. Posizione splendida per muoversi nelle zone limitrofe

Siamo rimasti entusiasti del soggiorno. Casa molto bella, camere pulite e curate. Ottima colazione con prodotti locali, servita sulla magnifica terrazza con vista Etna e mare. Silvio, il proprietario gentilissimo attento e premuroso, sempre pronto a dare consigli utili per soddisfare al meglio le esigenze degli ospiti e rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un lieu calme parfait pour une étape au pied de l'Etna. Chambres de grand confort dans une belle maison dans la compagne, entourée de citronniers. A proximité des villages (Zeffarana et du refuge) pour découvrir les environs du volcan. Très bel acceuil , précieux conseils pour les visites et restaurants par un hôte passionné par son île et aux petits soins. Produits bio produits sur place (miel, confitures, limoncello...) . Clou du séjour un petit déjeuner généreux , gouteux (produits frais, locaux) avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'Etna dont on ne se lasse pas.
