아크라 럭셔리 아파트먼트 - 더 룰 워터(Accra Luxury Apartments at the Lul Water)

I never stayed in Lulwater Apts, but was moved to another apar**ent. Apar**ent was great, but had to wait for the property manager to turn up to let me in. Access to the apt floor as well as gym and pool required a keycard which wasn't provided. So had to ask the guard to acompany me up to access the apt. Couldn't use the gym or pool. Internet wasn't working, but property manager did fix that. Could be OK for a long term stay.

Intial contact with the apar**ent has to be by phone if you want let in. No email. Then you have to wait for 30 mins in the Ghana heat for the person to let you into the apar**ent. I never stayed at Lulwater Apts as I was moved to another apar**ent. Apar**ent was fine, but the location was not where I wanted. Might be OK for a long stay though.

Property was beautiful & amazing in a very good neighborhood with most of your needs walking distance. Osbond house manager was good & helpful. But the internet in the property wasn’t impressive and very limited, communication was poor, bad as well & microwave was taking away first day & didn’t return till we left 5days later. Not a bad property in all, with good size pool but be prepared to clear the falling leaves yourself.

A spacious three bedroom apar**ent at a convenient location.cleaning is great, apar**ent is neat and the pool is well-kept..host is friendly and I'll choose to stay here anytime ii visit..located in labone

Hosted by Derrick and his colleague Osborn taking over when he was away. Great guys and very responsive . For the apar**ent oh we so loved it. Beautiful scenery with a pool and gym behind the block . Situated in labone suburbs and easy to town

Lovely place at labone, had access to lots of cafès and restaurants around . House cleaning was superb and were very careful as well. Your belongings are as safe even when you are not around . Mr Osborn and Derrick did a good job

Lul water is a great place. The apar**ent is serene and the amenities are very friendly. I love the pool and the rooms are very spacious. Host is friendly and the housekeeping is good too. I love this space.

A quiet and spacious family space. Amenities are top notch and area serene. Host were responsive and very courteous. It’s a place I’ll recommend for stay if space and size is what you need. I’ll return.

A very beautiful secluded area and serene environment. A well serviced three bedroom apar**ent with a swimmig pool and gym in the facility. Hosts were always at our service and housekeepers as well. Lovely place to be.
