KoKo Palm Inn Ltd

This hotel was a pleasant find for a quick stay while waiting on our outbound flight. It's in a nice residential area and about 15 minutes from the airport. It's a small with a homey feel. Staff was very friendly, all jumped in to help with luggage. Room was nice, we had one with 2 double beds for our family of 4. The bathroom has an enclosed shower. There is a nice sitting area in front for chatting, working, or games. They do have a limited kitchen which is nice when you don't want to go back out again to find food - some western food plus local fare. Seating to eat isn't ideal (a small room around a conference table and was a bit cramped). Note that breakfast is only 2 meals per room (even if you have more staying with you). Best to place your order the night before to have ready when you want it.

This is a beautiful hotel, absolutely immaculate with lovely artwork on the walls. Our room was spacious, the aircon was excellent and we loved the pergolas and bar in the garden, plus the swimming pool which sadly we didn't have time to use. One impressive thing was that we could have our dinner after the kitchen was closed( by having it heated for us in the microwave). The staff were truly exceptional, so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a nice area of town and we got around easily in Ubers. I stay in a lot of hotels and Koko Palm Inn made an EXCELLENT impression on me. Really stylish with fantastic service. What's not to love?

please be aware; these are scam artists! we tried to make a group booking with them on multiple occasions. First, they increased their prices right after we made or inquiry, next the refused the send us the booking confirmation via email and required us to pay the rooms upfront. Eventually i tried to book our rooms again with the owner, Jeff, who actually seemed very helpful at first but got two of our five bookings mixed up. As there was a price difference as a result, I asked him to rectify this error and we would be all set. Next day all of a sudden all of our bookings get cancelled and we get an email from the 'service' manager Doreen stating they could not facilitate our booking as we showed 'lack of trust'. 'lack of trust' because we ask you to rectify an error in a booking? what a joke. we are taking our business elsewhere and would advice anyone considering booking this hotel to think twice!

Stayed here while going to a friends wedding. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything that we needed to for preparations. We had breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. I wish we had time to extend and lounge in their pool and bar. We will be back in November during our annual trip :)

Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, from the pick up to the return we had fun the staff arranged tours, told us about using our phone in Ghana, help download the local Uber and local food delivery company. Help us to find places. We enjoyed conversations with them all. The manager, the staff in reception, the driver and bar staff. Even visitors to the hotel were friendly. A home from home.

I had amazing time in kok pal lnn the hotel is clean and spacious. My room was spacious. The staff was clean couldn't do enough fo you the breakfast was nice. The manger Greff was accommodated. It felt from home to home
