A charming beachfront, and delightfully mexican hotel. Sensible, with good food, and areas to relax and sleep by the ocean waves.

The Hotel was right on the beachfront. The Hotel was under renovation hence experienced some disturbances of repair work.

Hotel location is awesome but the hotel needs lot of care (maintenance) other than that is very good

From the begining the experience was terrible. Even before starting our vacations, we noticed that this wasnt a good hotel to stay in. 1. 1 day before arriving they changed the room we reserved one month in advanced, and changed us to a lower quality bedroom. The manager never apoligized for this. 2. Once we arrived, we learned that the change of rooms was due to the owner wanting some of his friends to have a beter room (the one that we reserved). Again, no apololgies. 3. The pool water is salted water, the experience is terrible. 4. The bathroom water is also salt water so you cannot even shower without that awfull salty sea sensation let alone, brush you teeths (disgusting). 5. The hotel need an urgen renovation everything is super old. 6. The owner is tacky, rude and cheap... they denied us a bucket of ice because they were afraid we would use it to cool our own beer of sodas... like for real, they were cheap about ICEEE!! I dont think i can sum up how terrible of an experience this was... all I can say is save yourselves from this. Its not worth it and there are so much better places out there.

The worst experience, I have ever had. I booked for two nights and I only stay for one night it was the worst. The water in the pool was all salty it was the same as the sea. The water in the shower again all salty no fresh water. The rooms have lack of maintenance. The service in the whole hotel is not what they said please don't throw your money to this dump they sold you as an hotel.

Ekl Hotel esta muy bien, sobretodo con el esfuerzo de reconstruirlo despues de OTIS. Ahora, les dire lo Bueno y lo malo. MALO: No tiene agua potable para los baños (enjuag**** los dientes y duch****). El agua es salada. Deberian poner un filtro. El desayuno parece un chiste: Jugo o Cafe y un pan con mermelada. Por el valor de la noche podrian esforzrse al menos por unos huevos. Algunas habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado (No es relevante) pero se puede solucionar con un ventilador en el techo. Es un hotel con ninos corriendo con pelotas por el area de la piscina y restaurante. (deberia restringuir eso a la playa) A la alberca le falta aseo Los cocteles no traen mucho licor y deberia habar mas variedad en la carta. La Cajilla de Seguridad es de candado!! hay que pedirlo. Los meseros podrian ser mas atentos y serviciales. No se puede banar en el mar por el fuerte oleaje (es peligroso) BUENO: Todo el hotel es muy lindo. La cama esta muy bien y las habitaciones amplias. El paseo en Kayak que regalan es fantastico. El Menu es delicioso. El ambiente con la musica es muy agradable y se pasa la tarde muy bien. Sus camillas son muy comodas y se puede descansar. Hay que ajustar detalles, un poco mas de inversion en lass habitaciones y mobiliario. Es el unico por esa zona tan especial, ojala cuiden mas detalles y no llegue otro que les gane el puesto. Regreso sabiendo que no es para estar mas de un fin de semana.

Increíble lo rápido que reconstruyeron el hotel , todo quedó al cien , la atención igual que siempre excelente , la comida deliciosa, las habitaciones quedaron muy bien , todo funciona , felicidades. La carretera muy bien mucha seguridad , la zona está muy bien a pesar de lo que pasaron . Muy recomendable venir

¡Excelente lugar! La decoración de las habitaciones es muy bonita, el ambiente es tranquilo e ideal para relaj****. Tienen varias actividades tanto para hacer en la playa como en la laguna, cuentan con servicio de Spa en el cual los masajes son los mejores para vivir completamente la experiencia de relajación. Cuentan con un restaurante en el cual el menú es un poco fuera de lo convencional; pero los bowls son deliciosos y con un agua de maracuyá es la combinación perfecta. Sin duda alguna es una experiencia que pienso volver a repetir.
