Have visited many times before and without exception it is very good. Clean, well kept public areas and apartments. This time I stayed in one of the smaller one bedroomed apartments which didn’t have a sea view which was a little disappointing but perfectly fine

Very quiet place far from noisy places. suitable for tourists of older age. But young vacationers may be disappointed. Nearby a large supermarket and good restaurants. There is a beautiful view of Los Gigantes.

Overall, a very positive experience. The hotel is what it says, a 3-star hotel. + The receptionist was excellent. Seemingly, nothing was too much trouble. + The hotel is very clean. + The maids were very good at cleaning the room. - The settee in the lounge only sits 3 in a 4 person apartment, which is annoying. - The pool bar doesn't open when it says it does. - The AC in the room is a bit poor. Note, that the resort (Puerto De Santiago) is very hilly and not for the unfit.

The 3 bed apartment was very well equipped. A huge advantage is that LIDL is just across the road so very convenient for water, milk and fresh bread etc. The TV had a variety of stations in English and other languages. The rooms were large and bright and airy. There is no Air Conditioning but it wasn't required in December. The pool towels are large but the room towels are small and need to be changed daily. So you need to put a sign on the door each day. The huge balcony is shady which must be an advantage in the summer. The pool was fabulous and was warm when we were there. The location is close to many restaurants and bars and 10/15 minute walk to the beach. A steep walk back from beach but the taxi fare was just €4 from the beach in December 2023. Los Gigantes is a nice resort but is quite far from the airport (€62 by taxi) and Los Cristianos (€50 by taxi). If you intend to go sightseeing, a hire car is a good option. Paid parking is available with the apartment which is great because on street parking is difficult to find. The location is not lively enough for teens/20 year olds in my opinion. At the time we were in Tenerife the sea was quite rough so I didn't go swimming in the sea.

Overall very outdated facility - airconditioning was broken throughout our full vacation week ... And sleepjng with open windows was not possible given bars across the street. Bathrooms are also dated. Although we had two bathrooms it was impossible to take two showers at the same time - not enough water pressure.

This is our 4th stay here, but 1st in over 2 years. Check in was excellent, we arrived early & popped in to find out what time our apartment would be ready & told it was ready, so checked in & paid for car parking @ €7 per day. We were upgraded to a 2 bed apartment, which has the luxury of a 2nd bathroom. The apartment was clean & tidy & comfortable, even though it is a bit dated it is still well maintained & equipped. Pool was lovely, well warm(ish). There is now a pool bar run by El Marques, which is a better move than the private run restaurant that was there on our last visit (Bales). Paying for parking is well worth it, especially if you have an apartment in Block 3 as the lift is only a short walk away. We did enjoy our 4 night stay, & will be back.

We had a week of sunshine to relax and prepare my wife for a knee operation. It was a nice relaxing week. The resort was good and staff helpful and although not new everything was well maintained, clean and in working order. Overall it was better than we expected. A nice week.

We have stayed in El Marques Palace many times (usually at least twice a year) The location is perfect for us at the top of the hill as the restuarants and bars we use are also at the top of the hill. All staff are very helpfull and polite. It may be time for the appartements to be freshened up and bathrooms fittings could do with being replaced. However we will be back next year.

A great stay. Property well maintained. Reception staff were extremely helpful in every way.
