I flew in on a sunday morning and had called the hotel to see if i could check in early. Unfortunately, they could not accomodate my request so i spent the better half of the day sitting in my rental car. When i arrived to the hotel, i asked again around 11am if i could check in. I was told there were no rooms available and so they added me to a wait list to be able to check in at 2pm. At this point, i had been traveling since the night before with no sleep and been in Boston for 5 hrs. I sat in their lobby and fell asleep, i woke up at 2pm and asked again if i could check in. They told me no, your room is not available and then informed me that ******* did not provide them with my correct credit card information. I called ******* to fix the issue, that was taken care of so i went back to the fromt desk and asked again at 2:30pm if i could check in, she told me no so i about lost my mind. Worst customer service!!! I argued with the front desk receptionist and once my voice raised up, the manager comes by to ask what the problem is. I explained to her the issue so she tells the worker to go ahead and let me check in. All of a sudden a room was available and she was handing me my key card because the manager said so. Funny how nothing was abailable hourssssss ago and once they saw how angry i was, they let me check in. I landed in boston at 6am and did not get a room until close to 3pm! I am sorry but this is no way to treat a customer!
