Aberdeen Airport (Dyce)

On arrival I was informed by a smiling receptionist that I’d have to go back outside and pay for parking. This was more than 10% of the price of the room. When I got out the lift the corridor smelled foisty like sweaty bodies and it was worse in the room. Won’t use the hotel again

Receptionist. Rather than a warm welcome. We had 'were you aware you booked a family room' just because she saw just me. I wasn't aware all the family needs to be present at check-in. Also I was unaware as t&Cs difficult to understand 3 children not allowed in family room. She implied 'I tried to get away with it' and when I refused to purchase an additional room that night as we were tired from the travel she said you can do it tomorrow and 'she will be there to check we don't get away with it'. Children and wife unhappy that we were going to be evicted from room or separated so we later tried to cancel. The other blonde Receptionist apparently was the manager.. not sure how as was harsh and made our visit not a rest easy. Thankfully another kinder less h**** Receptionist called Elliska dealt with us an gave options

All that you would expect from a Premier Inn, good bed, clean room, plenty for breakfast and good value for an airport stay. Plus a nice surprise in the room for our girls for Halloween! Close to the airport too.

Excellent stay on Saturday . Can't fault the hotel. Staff great at check in, bar & restaurant for dinner and breakfast, very pleasant and receptionist great with the kids. Room clean, didn't need to use the aircon, food great. Just nice and relaxing stay. 100% stay again.

Absolutely fab budget hotel. We have stayed here many times and still come back. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Staff just so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is fab with so much choice. You are not rushed out of the dining room after breakfast is no longer serving. Dinner is great too, something for even the fussiest of eaters. As much tea and coffee as you can drink, refills available from the self service counter in reception. Great check out time of noon so no need to rush in the morning. Airircon in every room too. Great distance to P and J, bus routes and the airport.

We had great stay in Aberdeen for event In near by , in P&J exhibition centre. It was walking distance from the hotel, which made it perfect location for us. We arrived slightly early but had no problem to get checked in. Staff in this hotel was excellent , as they had full house hotel they managed great with busy breakfast service, dinner was fine too. Big thank you for all the staff from housekeeping to reception and restaurant and kitchen, especially for Ellaiska and French male, who were exceptional.

Great customer service, great value for money, clean rooms, a great night sleep…. big shout out to Shaun the nightshift manager for helping us out with parking! Will definately use this hotel again 😊

Room we very cleaned and the staff did everything to accommodate us despite our big numbers. Very nice breakfast and overall very clean. Great choice of breakfast. Great communication and very please atmosphere

On arrival I was greeted by the lovely Ellie and the team. All the team throughout my stay were so hospitable it’s clear they love their job. The rooms and public areas were spotless. As the for the dinner and breakfasts the quality was amazing. Shout out to the chef Konrad was makes the perfect poached eggs. The Manager Kadri and her team made me feel so welcome, Thank you.
