플레처 호텔 레스토랑 프레릭스호프(Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Frerikshof)

Prima hotel, kan alleen wel schoner. Faciliteiten zijn goed maar het is kwalitatief minder goed dan wat ik gewend ben van 4 sterren hotels. Jammer dat er geen koelkast op de kamer is. Beddengoed is ook niet zo fijn, voelt niet helemaal fris.

I am writing this review at 05 in the morning because the bed keeps me awake, it is completely worn out, soft, and I can feel the springs from the mattress in my back. There seems to be a topping bedding mattress missing, it feels unhygienic and the sheet just moves around. It supposed to be a double bed but the two separate beds just sliding apart. The pillow is also warned out with lumps in it. The heat in the room was off and it felt cold when we arrived. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower cabin, unfortunately the shower was faulty so all the water ran out onto the bathroom floor. The towels are so warn out, frayed and torn. Rooms were very poorly cleaned. We tried the pool which was nice and felt fresh apart from some odor that came from time to time. The pool was a little too cold for my taste. We also bowled on extremely worn out courts. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, a hamburger which was ok and a mixed grill which was an extremely small portion. The breakfast was basic, no large selection and not worth the price. It must have been a nice facility once upon a time, now it feels very worn out and as if they are struggling to get it going around.

Ver bad hotel. It’s old, rooms are small and smelling. Breakfest very small choice and low quality. Sport facilities also old and terrible quality. Only good ks bar and friendly service. Restaurant should be no go zone, terrible service and food

This is an average hotel. Rooms are average, bathroom is average, cleanliness is average. Room is relatively spacious, but spartan. Location is close to a busy road, but not too noisy… fortunately. Insulation (windows @ balcony) not great, so room pretty cold in winter. Positive was that there is ample parking space, including e-vehicle charging stations. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. Looks very cosy, menu looks ok, but food was a disaster. Fastfood for 5 times the price of a fastfood restaurant, and not even well cooked. Food thrown on a plate. No eye for detail. Personnel not very receptive for feedback. Too bad. Breakfast buffet was ok. Will I go here again? Sorry Fletcher, but no.

Good place to stay for a single night on a business trip. Good restaurant, decent WiFi, free parking on site and comfortable.

Hotel has installed charger for cars but don’t know how to use. Rooms are too expensive for the comfort, installations of 70s, matelas too old, television didn’t worked only Netherlands and English channels, bathroom with tub with store instead of shower (not comfortable for older people) and there were a lot. Very loud from a traffic point of view. But a very good restaurant with very gentle service and very good quality of food.
