라스 브리사스 우아툴코(Las Brisas Huatulco)

Sin duda es uno de los mejores hoteles de Huatulco. Excelentes playas, perfectas habitaciones, deliciosos alimentos y un personal sumamente amable. Si les es posible, adquieran un acceso All Inclusive. De todas formas, se la pasarán increíble. Ya sueño con volver. Muchas gracias!

I would not stay at Las Brisas! Poor service, poor rooms found a baby scorpion in our room, poor transportation and poor food.

Great service, good and plenty of food, fair beverage selection, awesome white sandy beaches, calm waters, spectacular gardens and location its absolutely breathtaking…

The Staff was Excellent, Food was Good, The beaches Good. The room we stayed in had some mold on walls mold in the shower. It is hot and humid so the air conditioner can result in the walls to have mold.

We like the large area with native trees and plants. Also many birds. Three beaches; sport beach with kayaks, paddleboards and hobie cats for sailing. Part of the all inclusive package. Swimming and snorkeling beaches also. Due to the large size of the property it is less difficult to find a beach chair. Also lots of natural shade from the palm trees if you wish.

The property and beaches are breathtaking. The hotel is located on 4 private calm beaches we were able to enjoy with our small children. The only complaint is that the hotel staff made it uncomfortable for our family because we booked our package through Westjet Vacation and I booked theirs through *******. I didn’t know that the package selected on *******, although it was “all-inclusive”, it wasn’t their top package like ours. The staff would make our family members feel uncomfortable about what their all inclusive package because the only had the “green bracelets”. When I purchased their package the ******* page doesn’t make it clear that with the all inclusive package in the normal rooms you only get access to cheap drinks and only allowed to make two restaurant reservations. Only if you get the Beach Club Suite do you get access to the better drinks and you can make a reservation at the restaurants any day. They give you a tan bracelets but even then it’s annoying that they’re always asking you for your room number. At the Mexican Restaurant, which was our most unpleasant experience, they asked us for our room number 4 times, 4 different waiters. It was really annoying. There was absolutely no music playing there and everything was so rushed. We finished eating in less than an hour with how small their portions are and how quickly they’re trying to get out of there. Don’t waste your time at the restaurants the buffet has way better food than any if the restaurants.

the resort is big and beautiful. all-inclusive option is great. good selection of food and drinks. their transportation system works perfectly, never waited more than 5 min. a lot of paths and stairs to walk around or walk down and call the transport on the way back to hilltop. will return if will go to huatulco

The reception are not very informative, not courteous or friendly. I think they are not paying their staff enough they don’t seem happy.

the property is very nice with nice beaches and good entertainment, but a little old and needs to be updated good food nice people
