It is the 4th time we are here! We choose this hotel because it is the best one in Sharm with his value and given service! The Staff is excellent! We will miss Mr WESSAM! He is very good person and he has high quality skills in his work! All the stuff is doing his best really! Mahmoud (reception) , Ased, Mahmoud, Mr Mahmoud Hassan, Mr ABD Elnaby and Wessam we are impressed with Your work! The whole place is so Clean! The beach is excellent for both sweeming and for snorkelling. In Sharm it is hard to find a good hotel like Promenade, that has good beach good service good price good location and excellent staff! Even the beach security is doing his best! Animators have also been improved! Nice and cute show!! We will come again surely only here! Only please update the ”beds” on the beach they are old.

Had an amazing time at white hills it's a beautiful hotel ,food was excellent lovely room. The only problem was at check in had to wait over 2 hours what I was not happy with

The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and the animation team are amazing. There is always many fun activities to do and the boys (Pablo, Sharks and Medhat) are so good with kids. The food in the hotel is average. The rooms and pool are nice. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk away from Naama Bay which is very handy for something to do in the night.

Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh, the concept of the hotel is a great choice especially for those who love sports activities, the hotel has many facilities such as a fitness center, spa, sand volleyball court and its proximity to the sea is very good, wifi can be used at a very good level in the entire hotel area. The hotel generally tries to provide the best service in terms of cleaning, including the maintenance of the surrounding green areas, and the staff do their job at the best level. The management quality in this regard really offers a high level of service. Definitely a quality hotel for a quality holiday. Thank you for everything Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh.

強烈推薦，價格不貴，服務超級好，早上就能入住，可以去吃早餐，這個在國內絕無可能。入住也很快，沒有等待！然後東西超級好吃，每天四餐全包，還能預約：印度、埃及、意大利餐廳，無處不在的吧枱，飲料酒水想拿就拿。擺渡車到海邊也很快，隨時可以浮潛，珊瑚五顏六色的，很漂亮。酒店每天的活動也很多，在這裏完全不無聊。唯一的缺點就是一樓住宿有蟲子從下水道爬上來，浴缸和洗臉池經常有蟲子。

Further to my recent visit to Tivoli Hotel and Aqua Park in Sharm el Sheikh which I booked through Love Holidays I am writing to submit a complaint about this visit. The grounds for this complaint are that this holiday was 'not as described' and 'not fit for purpose'. I have booked several holidays with you that have all up until now been what I would class as really good. to say I was disappointed with this experience is an understatement. Due to mobility and other health problems I choose my holiday with my disabilities in mind as my ability to travel away from the complex is very limited. This hotel was described as 'all inclusive' and a '4 star hotel'. This was an inaccurate description as I was expected to pay for beer, water and snacks. The hotel was advertised as having a 'variety of bars', there was only one. The hotel was described as having 2 restaurants when there was only 1 open. This limited my options with the food available being very poor. The crockery provided was substandard with many of the plates and dishes having several chips on them and glasses had sharp edges on them which could have caused injury. The description stated that evening entertainment along with an active animation team. The only evening entertainment was on night 11 of 14 which was of a poor standard. Animation was far from active only offering stretching and darts (with only 2 darts), which was only available on an handful of occasions. The room was advertised as having a mini bar which was not provided. the hotel accommodation was very tired looking with various dirt markings on wall and furniture which gave a very grubby feeling. Needles to say I was very disappointed with this experience. The only positive that I can pick out apart from the weather is that the staff were very friendly. This experience will most certainly impact on my future choices when it comes to booking further holidays. Love Holidays were poor when concerns were raised.

코스파는 뛰어납니다. 리조트 기분을 간편하게 맛보고 싶다면 가능. 인근의 식사 장소가 한정되는 것, 룸 서비스의 한층 더 충실을 바랍니다. 러시아용 서비스가 많기 때문에, 러시아어를 할 수 있는 사람은 상가. 올 인클루시브라고 질리겠다고 생각합니다. 이틀간의 아침 식사만으로도 질렸기 때문에.

Franchement, rien à dire, tout est top que ce soit la bouffe, varié, bonne , la propreté des chambre  et je remercie tout l’équipage du Self Hassan Ahmed il est super très compétent, toujours souriant, toujours à l’écoute et même les autres rien à dire sans oublier Mousad Kerolos Wahebe et Houssam Salah , Tony, sans oublié les personnel qui travaillent à la piscine ils sont trop gentils souriants toujours au petit soin soin rien à dire tout est top. Je recommande avec les yeux fermés et la magnifique vu de l’hôtel ils ont une vue vraiment wow panoramique

Je recommande avec les yeux fermés et la magnifique vu de l’hôtel ils ont une vue vraiment wow panoramique

친절한 직원, 깨끗한 방, 아침, 점심 및 저녁 뷔페가 제공되는 멋진 레스토랑, 멋진 수영장, 수영뿐만 아니라 스노클링을 위한 해변까지 도보 거리에 있습니다. 5박을 했습니다. 돈을 위해 좋은 가치.

좋은 서비스, 좋은 환경, 수영장은 환상적이며 깊이는 185 cm이며 수영하기에 좋으며 해변은 스노클링, 많은 다채로운 물고기, 맑은 물에 매우 좋습니다. 여기 음식도 좋습니다. 저녁 식사는 매일 바니다. 시내 중심가까지 무료 셔틀, 매일 4번, 객실에는 발코니와 멋진 바다 전망이 있으며 Dahab의 정말 오시아스입니다.

호텔은 Dahab 센터의 모든 번잡함에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 나는 이것이 매우 훌륭하고 조용하다는 것을 알았습니다. 객실은 아름답고 편안합니다. TV와 에어컨이 있습니다. 당신은 당신의 방에서 바다 또는 산을 볼 수 있습니다 🥰 나는 바다를보고 들었습니다. 이것은 아름다웠습니다! 바다는 말 그대로 호텔에서 5 ~ 6 미터 떨어져 있으며 산은 훨씬 적습니다. 리셉션 직원은 내가 감탄하는 것을 도울 수있는 슈퍼 메가 메가였습니다! 아침 식사도 호텔의 모든 직원에게 즐겁고 성실한 두꺼운 10 플러스였습니다. 편안하고 자연스러운 분위기를 찾고 있다면이 호텔을 추천합니다! 스위트는 최고입니다! 멋진 벤과 욕조가 있습니다. 거기에있을 때 업그레이드하고 싶었지만 불행히도 방이 이미 예약되어 있었기 때문에 할 수 없었습니다. 요가를 할 수있는 공간과 먹고 휴식을 취할 수있는 키스와 함께 차가운 장소도 있습니다. 다하브 센터는 호텔 차로 약 10~15분 거리에 있습니다 :) 그리고 자연스럽게 근처에서 포와 개도 매우 사랑스럽고 재미있고 유쾌하다는 것을 알았습니다.
