This is probably the worst Marriott property I’ve stayed at. I’m a Titanium member and have already spent 30 days in other Marriotts this year alone. The front desk manager that checked me in was very nice, but it’s the property itself that needs serious work. This is probably the worst Marriott property I’ve stayed at. The bathroom needs new hinges, tub, and in the least, a clean shower curtain. The one I had was very moldy. The door hinges were rusty, as was the coffee maker that completely leaked. I requested another coffee maker to which another front desk person said she would look for. I requested this Tuesday morning, and returned around 7-8 PM. No coffee maker in sight. I asked someone else who appears to assist with security or cleaning. He found a new one for me, but this should have been replaced long before. During check-in, I was told cleaning was every other day; and also what I selected using the Bonvoy app. Nobody ever came to clean the room. The location wasn’t great; at least not the view looking at an auto parts spot. Someone else I bumped into during my stay said he was looking for another location since he couldn’t imagine staying there for a month. I looked but the area had sold out of rooms. Otherwise, I really wanted to leave. There is a Springhill Suites close by that I stayed at the week before; it was so much better. I slept horribly throughout the week; the walls are thin, and you can hear every single kid running down the hallway, door knocking, door slamming. Also, it’s rare I come across hotels that have absolutely no USB outlets. The normal outlets are hit and miss as far as working. The AC unit is loud, and it’s either hot or cold, no good balance (it’s the old school unit near the floor; no wall control). Unless you are in desperate need of a place and all others are sold out, keep your expectations low. I feel bad for the employees as they appear to hold dual roles; the night manager never seemed to be at the desk, but i would always see her checking the floors. Another looked like she is also responsible for cleaning the lobby area. Perhaps this is why the room never got serviced. The 2 stars is only for the employees. 해안으로의 마지막 순간 여행은 며칠 동안 머무를 저렴한 곳을 검색했습니다. 걸프 해안을 따라있는 호텔은 어리석게도 비쌌으므로 우리는 내륙의 방을 찾기 시작했습니다. Christina는 매우 도움이되었고 우리 방에 만족했는지 확인했습니다. 멋진 것, 깨끗한 편안한 침대, 깨끗한 욕실, 커피 포트, 미니 냉장고 및 전자 레인지는 없습니다. 하나의 부정적인 : 바닥은 진공 청소기로 청소되었지만 좋은 걸레가 필요했습니다.

나는 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 읽는 데 몇 시간을 보내는 유형의 사람입니다. 하룻밤만 묵어도!! 평소보다 조금 비싸더라도 이 곳은 괜찮아 보였습니다. 내 BW 엘리트 지위는 인정되지 않았지만 체크인은 괜찮 았습니다. 우리는 내가 지불 한 여왕 대신 더블룸을 받았지만 이사를 요청하는 것을 귀찮게 할 수 없었습니다. 우리는 또한 마약 거래처럼 보이는 일을하면서 그늘진 캐릭터를 한 호텔 뒤편으로 보냈습니다. 우리는 우리 자신에게 보관하고 문을 이중 잠그었습니다! 베개는 좋았지 만 침대 옆에서 굴러가는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 샤워는 좋았습니다. 커피 머신이 작동하지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 굉장하고 바빴지만 깨끗했으며 모든 것을 비축했습니다. 전반적인 숙박은 좋았고 우리는 다시 머물 것입니다.

So I arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:30pm on New Year's Eve 2022 and when I walked in, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign out saying, ”Back in 10 Minutes”. I figured I would go try to find some Champaign. Walking back to my car, I saw the hotel employee that was supposed to be at the front desk walking around in the parking lot talking on her cell phone - she was wearing a pair of jeans and a tee shirt, so I had no idea that she was a hotel employee. I got back to the hotel at approximately 1215pm (couldn't find any Champaign btw) and I went back in to check in. The girl (still wearing jeans and a tee shirt, not a uniform of any sort, not even a name tag, comes walking out of the little side office and I said that I was there to check in. Without saying anything to me and looking at me like I was bothering her, sits down at her computer. She begins the process of checking me in and I am standing there with my arms full of my things and she said that there would be a $100.00 deposit. I said oh? I booked this room online and they didn't mention anything - I thought I had taken care of everything. Sir, its 100 dollars if you want to stay here. I said okay fine throw it the card on file. No response. She's looking at her cpu - no facial expression, still isn't saying anything. I asked if it was okay if I place my things on the counter and she said sure. So I am still waiting and I say my dear, how long is this going to take, I'm ready to get into my room. She looks at me and says, ”this is going to take as long as I want it to”. ”Excuse me?”, I said, ”Are you okay?” I added. She said, ”I'm fine, are you okay?”. No I am ready to check into my room and I don't understand what I did to cause you to be so rude. I came here to check in at 11:30pm and you were out in the parking lot talking on your cell phone. May I get your name (her name is Keisha btw, but I didn't find that out until later) and your supervisor's name? She said I am not going to give you any names and you can just call this number 828-831-1616. So I am trying to write the phone number down on a piece of paper (she refused to give me anything to write on) and I asked her to repeat the number. She said, ”are you slow or something?”. This is all hilarious to me now, but at the time, I was speechless. It gets much better though. I am trying to put the number into my phone (I suffered a catastrophic injury to my left eye while on active duty, so I have to hold things close to my face to see letters, numbers, etc), and she says, ”Are you recording me? Don't you record me - I'll rip your #$@#ing phone right outta your hand”. I said, ”are you threatening me?”. She said, ”Get out. I do what I want here”. I said, ”I see that! So you're not going to check me in?”. She said, ”Nope”. I said, ”Well then I need you to print something that shows I don't owe you anything.”. She said, ”I am not doing anything for you”. So I left! I drove right down the street and got a room

남편과 나는 주말을 연장하기 위해 Red Roof Inn에 머물렀고 우리는 기뻤습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 모든 것이 작동했으며 프론트 데스크 직원은 전문적이고 정중했습니다. 오래된 호텔이지만 다시 한번 깨끗하고 잘 유지되어 문제가 없었습니다. 나는 중앙 위치를 매우 즐겼습니다. 그들은 다른 할인 쇼핑 센터와 영화관뿐만 아니라 근처에 아울렛 몰이있었습니다. 거의 바로 건너편에 월마트도 있습니다. 위치에 대한 한 가지 문제는 아무도 zip 코드를 배달하지 않는다는 것입니다 (Waitr, Postmates 등과 같은 배달 앱 서비스를 사용하지 않는 한). 우리는 피자 나 중국 음식을 배달하려고했지만 운이 좋지 않았습니다. 유럽식 아침 식사는 장관이 아니었고 수건은 가장 호화롭지는 않았지만 공정하지 않을 것이라고 말할 수있었습니다. 이것은 저렴한 호텔이며 우리는 우리가 지불 한 것을 정확히 얻었습니다. 우리는 걸프 포트로 돌아 가면 다시 여기에 머무를 것입니다.

I requested another coffee maker to which another front desk person said she would look for. I requested this Tuesday morning, and returned around 7-8 PM. No coffee maker in sight. I asked someone else who appears to assist with security or cleaning. He found a new one for me, but this should have been replaced long before. During check-in, I was told cleaning was every other day; and also what I selected using the Bonvoy app. Nobody ever came to clean the room. The location wasn’t great; at least not the view looking at an auto parts spot. Someone else I bumped into during my stay said he was looking for another location since he couldn’t imagine staying there for a month. I looked but the area had sold out of rooms. Otherwise, I really wanted to leave. There is a Springhill Suites close by that I stayed at the week before; it was so much better. I slept horribly throughout the week; the walls are thin, and you can hear every single kid running down the hallway, door knocking, door slamming. Also, it’s rare I come across hotels that have absolutely no USB outlets. The normal outlets are hit and miss as far as working. The AC unit is loud, and it’s either hot or cold, no good balance (it’s the old school unit near the floor; no wall control). Unless you are in desperate need of a place and all others are sold out, keep your expectations low. I feel bad for the employees as they appear to hold dual roles; the night manager never seemed to be at the desk, but i would always see her checking the floors. Another looked like she is also responsible for cleaning the lobby area. Perhaps this is why the room never got serviced. The 2 stars is only for the employees. The bathroom needs new hinges, tub, and in the least, a clean shower curtain. The one I had was very moldy. The door hinges were rusty, as was the coffee maker that completely leaked. Check in was quick. Breakfast was hot. There was a nice pool area. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed amenities. I look forward to another Super 8 stay!

집에 있는 호텔 직원을 맡아본적이 있어서, 많은 사람들과 다른 관점을 가지고 있습니다. 대부분의 사람들에게 기대하는 것은 모텔 6가격 대비 4성급 호텔을 원하느냐는 것입니다. 이 모텔은 오래된 호텔이고 잘 사용되어서 새롭고 빛나는 것은 아닙니다. 더 심하게 잤는데, 좀 더 잘 묵고 왔습니다. 조식은 맛있고 신선하고, 스크램블드에그, 소시지, 꽤 좋은 커피, 베이글, 시리얼, 와플 메이커, 배터리, 과일, 빵 등 다 좋았습니다. 객실은 잘 사용되지만 사용을 고려하면 깨끗합니다. 직원은 우리에게 좋았고, 우리에게도 친절하게 시작했습니다. 사람들은 친절하게 당신을 응답합니다. 시도해봐. 더블 퀸룸을 받았는데, 전자렌지, 냉장고, 작은 싱글컵 커피메이커, 옷장에 다리미판과 다리미가 있었습니다. 깨끗한 욕실. 의자, TV, 소파, 커피 테이블이있는 책상이있었습니다.
