My worst experience of a Taj hotel, I have seen in my life. The food ordered was not delivered for nearly 2 hours. Various reminders were given to the restaurant and then to the reception.. even requested the reception to connect me to the general ***ager, but instead, reception connected me to a number, which was coming, no reply. What was most astonishing was that the hotel staff light that the order was placed 20 minutes ago? I can present documents by the way of call records of from my mobile phone and even the data from the room to the dining room calls can be accessed by the hotel. No general ***ager of Hotel can be bigger than the guest. If a guest is treated this way and he has problem reaching out to the general ***ager, I think there is no purpose in keeping such highly paid people in the HOTELS. As far as hospitality is concerned, I would say that Taj is not the best brand in India. They definitely have very good properties, but I am sure that if these properties were with some other good brand, they would have ***aged them much better. I do not understand that, why should a hotel staff lie? I even requested the reception to send me a car so that I can go out and eat as I am a diabetic and cannot stay hungry for a very long time. But this request of mine was also not followed by them.

The staff of ITC Sullivan Court made my stay very comfortable and Happy. Special thanks to F& B ***ager James Renjith, Chef Raja and ever smiling and helpful Guard Mr. ILanglovan. The staff in general and ”PAVILION” restaurant in particular ensured comfort at all times.

Our stay at Club Mahindra has always been pleasant & so was our stay at Derby Green. The courtesy for the same goes to the ***agement & the resort staff. We stayed in HUK room which was quite spacious to accommodate family of 3. Housekeeping was up to the mark. We throughly enjoyed the bonfire in chilled evenings which was there for all 3 nights of our stay & the evening activities hosted by Mr.Shumik & his colleague ( from travel desk). The food spread for jain food could have been better. The most memorable experience of our stay here was the e-bike tour by tour guide Mr.Akshay. He was so well versed with history of Ooty that even 3 hours of tour were not enough to know about this Queen of Hills - Ooty. He took us to heritage sites & gave brief history at every site & clicked lovely shots too. We would have missed something if we had not opted for it. What we experienced is something which will always remain close to our heart. Thanks Akshay for this memorable experience. Don't miss to book ebike ride during your stay at Derby Green.
