"We were a family of 5 and we were given a unit with loft so that was interesting and quite spacious. Only the bathroom was small with no "curb" to keep out the water from flowing out of it. So we always end up with soaked floor towel. There are no lifts n the stairs r steep. Luckily our rm was on the next floor up, but still with the no. of bags we had, it was tough! We appreciate that they have a space for us to store our luggage as we arrived before 9am. The location was alright, there are many similar hotels nearby and Bayswater Stn was abt 7mins walk with quite a no. of souvenir shops n halal restns (incl Subway) on the way to the station. We also had free breakfast (bread/ cereal/ hard-boiled eggs) n it was great that they didn't serve any meat so as Muslims we were able to enjoy it. "
"I stayed for 1 night on my own while I was in the city for a conference. The room was tiny, but very clean. Same with the on suite. Breakfast was included in the price and was basic but good enough (options were toast with various condiments, cereals, cheese and tomato, yogurt and canned fruit, boiled egg). There was a lot of banging around at about 9.30pm which lasted about 20 mins, and it sounded like people were running up and down stairs a lot/past my door (which had a staircase each side) through the evening, but it quietened down when I went to sleep. TV was included in the room too. I would user or again for a one night stop over but not a longer stay."
"Stayed for 1 night in a small single room, which was very clean and I slept well. Very basic furnishings, breakfast and facilities, but this was expected and perfectly adequate for the price. The only gripe is that the staff all seemed 'uninterested' - no greetings, no smiles, minimum service. If they were friendlier, a 'very good' rating would have been in order."
