Palazzo storico situato nel cuore del centro storico di Lecce. Posizione eccellente: si può parcheggiare comodamente in prossimità della casa, evitando di transitare nella Ztl. Stanze ampie, luminose, pulitissime e fornite di tutti i comfort e di porte blindate. Lo staff molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo, agevolando il nostro soggiorno (purtroppo breve) a Lecce. La colazione varia, genuina e abbondante, dolce e salata. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il caffè servito nella moka. La proprietaria disponibilissima, discreta e molto accogliente ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Consiglio Casa Mamma Elvira e ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie

Gianluca from the front desk was one of the most helpful and friendly people we’ve met on the trip; so accommodating for our needs and helpful with some bookings. The breakfast spread by the wonderful staff was delicious and SO MUCH FOOD! They accommodated my gluten free partner very easily and were so friendly - always with big smiles. The rooftop was great - but certainly very very hot in summer once the sun was up so get to breakfast at a decent time. The rooms were lovely were perfectly clean, comfortable and well set-up. I had to work from there and the desk was ideal!

우리는 이 절대 보석을 먹이는 데 빠졌습니다. Lecce에 숨어 있는 이 아름다운 B&B는 찾기가 쉽지 않았고 안뜰에 차를 주차하는 것이 훨씬 더 어려웠습니다. 그러나 일단 발견되면 노력할 가치가 있었습니다. 별도의 실내 욕실이 딸린 넓은 방은 이 고전적인 베드 앤 브렉퍼스트를 형성하는 전체 아파트와 마찬가지로 아름답게 장식되었습니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있으며 글루텐 프리(Celiac) 요구 사항을 충족했습니다. 아침 식사에는 커피, 주스, 과일 등이 포함되었습니다. 우리는 우리가 정착하는 것을 도왔고 아름다운 아파트 주변을 보여주는 매니저를 만났습니다. 아파트 주인이 주변에 있지만 방해가 되지 않는다는 점에 유의해야 합니다. B&B는 구시가지 중심에 위치하여 모든 문, 대성당 및 Lecce에서 방문할 가치가 있는 다른 모든 사이트까지 쉽게 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 우리는 2박을 했고 이 숙소를 적극 추천합니다. 객실에는 무료 Wi-Fi, 에어컨(및 난방), 냉장고와 주전자가 있습니다.

MMireillePlamI have been traveling solo for over 20 years and this is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had in Italy. Aggressive messaging for a week to know the exact time of my arrival, which I did. On the day of arrival, they proceeded to messaged me again to negotiate my arrival time to suit their needs. I was 1h30 min drive away and they wanted me to arrive an hour earlier than I had told them. Why?! there is nobody when you arrive: the key is in a locked box & they give you the combination. So what was the purpose of all those repeated useless communications? Just to annoy people on vacation I guess! Getting to the location is miserable, the old town is a maze of one ways and the only streets with access were blocked by tables and chairs from nearby coffee shops, and another was blocked by city vehicles. Called the reception to get assistance, but they could neither guide me or send me the directions. I was literally one block away! It’s so ridiculous you get the craziest fluff et of messages from this place, eating up your phone data but not one of these messages was about the precise way to get to the house without getting stuck. Ended up going outside of the old town to park and came back on foot. The room was hot and smelled a bit like a sewer on arrival.

Il B&b si trova in una posizione abbastanza centrale e tranquilla. Ho prenotato e inviato foto dei documenti per anticipare il check in. Al mio arrivo, alle ore 17 circa, non c'era nessuno ad accogliermi. Ho telefonato al proprietario che mi ha detto di prendere la chiave della camera posta nella cassetta della posta. La chiave non c'era per cui ho dovuto attenderlo 30 minuti perchè mi raggiungesse. La camera era fatiscente: arredata con pezzi abbastanza nuovi e con buon gusto, aveva bisogno di notevole manutenzione. La maniglia della porta si staccava, la mensola usata come comodino sporgeva in avanti, facendo cadere tutto, il bagno, grazioso, ma senza bidet, aveva i rubinetti del lavandino e della doccia che schizzavano acqua in ogni direzione, lo scarico del water funzionava male, c'era un solo rotolo di carta igienica mezzo utilizzato e non erano presenti i prodotti da bagno promessi (viaggiando in aereo non avevo portato i miei). Alle mie rimostranze il proprietario aveva la risposta pronta su tutto, dicendo che sapeva di questi disguidi, ma il tutto era in via di manutenzione. Anche la colazione casalinga promessa non poteva essere fornita perchè la sala era in manutenzione, per cui mi è stato dato un voucher per fruire della colazione in un bar vicino. Che dire? Se la stanza ha bisogno di manutenzione non la affitti. L'impressione è stata che la manutenzione fosse in previsione, ma procrastinata a tempi futuri. Considerato il rapporto qualità prezzo non mi posso lamentare, ma qualche accorgimento in più avrebbe reso il mio soggiorno più confortevole. Bastava entrare in camera con una pinza e un cacciavite...
