Super equipped holiday home. Everything you need. Absolutely quiet location, pure relaxation. Access somewhat adventurous, but manageable. Administrator very, very nice.

Agricultural estate "La Vittoria". Property composed of main house and outbuilding 17 km from the centre of Cortona, 35 km from the centre of Città di Castello, 40 km from the centre of Arezzo. Private: property 2'000 m2, well-kept garden (fenced) trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 25.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (2 km via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house at 20 m. Shop 10 km, supermarket 17 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 40 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner has a dog. The tap water has no drinking water quality. 8-room house 195 m2 on 3 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, kitchen corner and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. Living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. The property is very remote, in a beautiful area. A patio with a large table invites you to linger and eat together in the cool shade. The pool is very clean and has comfortable loungers. The two houses were ideal for two families. On the way to the main
