The hotel gets full points for its convenient location and spacious rooms. I was here to attend a marriage and needed a place to stay with the family. The Bed was comfy and king size , though one pillow did not have a pillow cover. Sadly, our hot and cold AC was not working properly nor was the bathroom light working. They provided Tea making kits but No electric kettle ! The room did not look well dusted either. The staff was helpful and did fix most of the things but the promised hot water in the chilling weather was still quite cold in the evening , in the morning we did get hot water. They have room service and dining room too , an elevator is available which is good if you have luggage or bad knees. In Peak Covid times , they insisted on masks but most of their own staff wasn't wearing masks , nor did they provide sanitizers at reception or check vaccination certificates. For a business hotel , I did not find any garment hangers in the wardrobe or any stationary in the room. At the price I paid I have had far better rooms even in five star hotels !

Quality of hotel and food was good but services was not very satisfying. Service staff was putting pressure for taking complimentary breakfast before 9. 30 am though maximum permitted time was upto 10 pm.

The room does not have much ventilation. The hotel does not have lift, one would have to get up from the stairs even if one has to go to the 3rd floor. The plaster has come out from the wall. The dustbin has not been cleaned since a long time. The ro water that they offer did not seem like ro water. In the morning the tube-light went off and there was complete darkness in the room, when i called the reception someone came and put a small bulb instead of the tube-light which is more like a night bulb. With this bulb on i still cant see much.

Best service and nice property all staff members are very supportive food quality and snacks very gud Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
