Apartment very well located in Champex which allows quick access to all services. The kitchen lacks a bit of equipment (no blender, no lemon squeezer, no toaster). Otherwise in general agrees well with the description. We had a very pleasant stay.

In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house. (10 steps). Public parking 850 m. Shop 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 350 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 300 m, cable car 850 m, ski school 300 m, ski-kindergarten 350 m, ice rink 800 m, children's playground 600 m, fishing possibilities. "Parc B428", 1-room apartment 25 m2 on 4th floor. Renovated in 2022, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 170 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Un beau studio rafait à neuf avec du beau bois. Vraivent chic. Et la vue sur la lac - splendide. Trés bien placé au milieu du village mais tout de même calme.
