이곳에 벌써 2번 묵었습니다. 첫 번째는 4일이었습니다. 두 번째는 7일 동안 머물렀습니다. 클롱 프라오 해변에 위치하여 태국 휴가가 아니라면 매우 아름답습니다. 휴일이면 태국인도 많고 아이들도 많아서 좀 시끄럽고 짜증날 수 있어요. (프라이버시와 조용함을 원하신다면) 아침식사도 푸짐하고, 직원분들도 매일매일 친절하십니다. 항상 웃으며 인사하는 호텔입니다. 걷는 것은 조금 피곤하지만 정말 자연스럽습니다. 수영장이 2개 있고, 호텔 밖으로 나와서 먹을 것을 찾기가 매우 쉽습니다. 방은 좋고 깨끗합니다. 직원분이 매일 청소를 해주십니다. 완벽한 편의 시설: 칫솔 세트, 면도 키트, 바느질 키트, 면봉, 시원한 에어컨을 권장합니다.

작년에 방문해보고 좋아서 올해 또 다녀왔습니다 화이트 해변에서는 멀리 떨어져있지만 전 한적하니 그 위치가좋았습니다 시끄럽지도 않고 ㅎㅎ 방은 1층이라서 수영장을 바로 이용할수있어서 좋았어요 조식은 그냥그냥~나쁘지않아요 바다를 바라보면서 먹을수있어요 마사지도 1시간에 300밧이고 바다를 보면서 받을수 있어요 일몰은 꼭 보시길... 너무 예쁩니다 하루는 오토바이 빌려서 화이트 해변 일몰을 보러갔어요 최고입니다 전망대도 다녀왔어요

Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. We have stayed at Koh Chang Paradise Resort several times and have loved our visit every time except this last time. My in-laws came from the USA for their first ever visit to Thailand, so we chose the Koh Chang Paradise Resort with full confidence that they would enjoy their dream beach vacation with excellent “Thai hospitality.” The guest relations employee, Alex, who has worked at this resort for over 7 years handled our check-in process at the Koh Chang Paradise Resort. His behavior towards us is the reason why we will never stay here again. The resort double-booked the beachfront room we had reserved for my visiting in-laws, but they didn’t tell us that. Instead, Alex said they would upgrade my in-laws to a brand new beachfront room for the last three nights of our stay. These rooms were literally still under construction when we arrived. The room was not ready the morning of the move, so my in-laws told the front desk before breakfast that they would rather stay in the room they already were using. The front desk agreed, so my in-laws went to breakfast. After breakfast Alex found my in-laws and assured them that the new room would be ready by the supposed move time later that same day at noon, but my relatives have young children and were afraid that if something wasn’t constructed quite right or if there were any construction materials left by accident that someone would get hurt. Also, my in-laws were heading out shortly for an elephant experience, so they would not be present at the hotel at noon when the move was supposedly happening. My in-laws politely declined the move, but Alex escalated the situation by raising his voice and forcefully trying to intimidate my in-laws to acquiesce to his will. This is entirely inappropriate! No one should ever talk to a guest in this way, ever! My in-laws needed to leave for the excursion, so I stepped in and had to interact with Alex. I am disappointed with how Alex managed himself. We have rights as guests, and he raised his voice at me and tried to intimidate me into saying that my in-laws would move. He told us that the guests who were arriving always came every year and booked the same room that my in-laws were using. It’s not our fault that the room got double-booked. In fact, why did Alex even give us the room knowing that this double booking could be a problem? Completely the resort’s fault and not ours. I’m disappointed that Alex tried to blame his mistake on us. We as hotel guests who were given that room had just as much right to stay there as these incoming guests. Alex made us feel like we were insignificant and had no right to stay in the room in his attempt to intimidate us into moving so that the “VIP” guests could have the room. It was the resort’s fault, and Alex made us feel terrible with his forceful yelling. We felt belittled. As Alex was yelling at me and being extremely pushy, I could tell that the Thai staff who were watching the whole situation felt embarrassed about how

I have stayed at this beautiful beachfront resort many times (4 times) and I always loved its quiet, isolated and peaceful atmosphere. Even though it's a long drive from Bangkok, it's always been worth it to escape the city hustle. In fact, I have raved about this resort to many of my friends and some of them have stayed at this resort because I recommended it so much. But my recent visit was extremely disappointing. This Centara property has totally lost its charm, with old and dated rooms, poorly maintained facilities and poor staff service this time. First, cleanliness was a big issue for me. Our room was dusty when we arrived, the indoor slippers looked old, and there were even traces of hair in the toilet bowl and the shower area. There was no stopper for the glassdoor in the shower area, which is such a safety issue in case the glass door hits the wall and gets broken. The toilet at the poolside was also dirty, with obvious signs of infrequent cleaning during the day. The sink was not cleaned at all. On our second day, the housekeeping didn't thoroughly clean our room. They only replenished the complimentary water and made the bed. They didn't replace the small towels despite us leaving them visibly used on the sink. We understand that the bath towels were not replaced since we hung them, but we were even more disappointed to find the same hair in the toilet and shower still present, and the rubbish in the rubbish bin was left still completely untouched. The poolside toilet remained exactly the same, no cleaning was ever done at all and the rubbish was still untouched. The beach sun loungers were also quite worn out. In the early morning, I noticed that the loungers had not been cleaned, and the sands were not cleaned and raked as they used to be in the past. At the restaurant, many menu items were unavailable despite the resort's high occupancy as it was a long weekend. The understaffing led to long waits for orders at dinnertime, making many quests quite unhappy, as we noticed. Even though we made reservations for dinner and even pre-ordered all our food 2 hours in advance as advised by the staff, it still took an additional hour for our orders to reach our table. My question: What's the point of asking us to make reservations and pre-ordering of food if there's still such a long delay? It is very sad to see my once-beloved resort has lost its charm and excellent service. I can no longer recommend it to my friends.

Sehr schönes Hotel, stellenweise leider etwas abgewohnt, aber trotzdem noch ganz schön. Wir hatten ein Bungalow direkt am angrenzenden Fluss, was von der Lage her schön war, jedoch von Innen sehr Standard eingerichtet und ziemlich abgewohnt war. Zudem war es ganz leicht schräg. Aber das hält sich in Grenzen, darüber kann man hinweg sehen. Es gibt 2 schöne Pools in der Anlage mit ausreichend Liegeflächen. Zudem wird ein kostenloser Shuttle Boot Service zum Strand und zur den Fireflys angeboten. Wenn man Pech hat wartet man jedoch lange auf das Shuttle bis es einen wieder mit zurück nimmt oder man verpasst die Rückfahrt (18 Uhr), dann muss man ca. 25 min zu Fuß zurück gehen (Navi oder Ortskenntnisse nötig). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider nicht empfehlenswert, die Auswahl sehr klein und geschmacklich auch nicht so gut, dann lieber für kleines Geld auswärts frühstücken. Der Service an sich war völlig okay und sauber ist die Anlage auch. Von der Lage her ist ein Roller vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss, in 15-20 min Gehweg erreicht man auch das wichtigste. Das Wlan in den Zimmern ist okay, reicht für Netflix. Aber zum Arbeiten vllt. nicht so geeignet.

훌륭한 서비스를 제공하는 훌륭한 호텔. 아주 좋은 객실 거리까지 가는 셔틀 일정은 도보 거리가 약 1.5km로 꽤 멀기 때문에 그다지 편리하지 않지만 길을 따라 원숭이에게 먹이를 줄 수 있습니다. 우리는 모든 것에 만족합니다. 직원은 최고 수준입니다! 레스토랑은 상당히 비싸고 거리에서 신선한 코코넛 가격은 35바트, 호텔에서는 180바트입니다 😀😀 아름다운 녹지, 우리는 수영장이 있는 방에 살았고 멋진 전망을 감상했습니다. 빌라도 좋습니다. 비오는 날에도 휴가를 밝게 해주었습니다.

Чтобы полностью почувствовать атмосферу, лучше всего взять большой номер Deluxe с панорамным окном в пол и балконом. Вид на горы и реку потрясающий, особенно на закате. Мы прожили здесь 12 дней и уезжать не хотелось, и конечно, хочется обязательно вернуться. - Еда - самые красивые завтраки в моей жизни, когда твоего столика почти касаются прозрачные волны утреннего прибоя. Ну и конечно очень вкусные! Есть яичница и омлет, несколько видов мюсли и хлопьев, два вида хлеба, оладушки, йогурт, арбузы, папайя, ананасы, два мясных блюда с овощами (чаще курица и свинина, иногда говядина), блюдо из картофеля, два вида риса, лапша, горячий бекон и колбаса, холодный сыр и колбаса, два вида супа, свежие овощи - черри, огурцы, перец болгарский, листья салата, оливки. И конечно вкусный кофе из машины! Так же есть счастливый час с 16 до 18, когда можно купить два коктейля по цене одного и наслаждаться закатом. Ужины тоже очень вкусные (цена высокая, как и на всем острове у моря, если хочется дешевле в два раза - есть куча мест у обочины дороги) - Территория очень большая и в сравнении с остальным островом очень ухоженная, особенно в районе пляжа с виллами. Без проблем возят по ней и в магазин на машинках отеля, ждать особо не приходится, но лучше взять байк и самому кататься по всему острову. - Номер Deluxe очень красивый и стильный, мебель довольно новая, но в некоторых местах уже испорчена неаккуратными людьми. Огромный сан узел, очень удобный. Кровать мягкая и удобная. - Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Смена постели раз в несколько дней. Пастельное белье очень приятно пахнет. - Вода - 2 бутылки по 0,5 л на номер. Этого не хватает на суточную норму потребления и надо докупать свою воду. Но так как в магазин возит транспорт отеля, это не проблема. - Интернет - для работы слабоватый и часто обрывается. Для отдыха - вообще не нужен. Здесь хочется наслаждаться природой и морем. - Пляжи - есть несколько в пешей доступности. Их глубина зависит от прилива, лучше посмотреть график приливов. А красота зависит от направления ветра. В штиль очень красивая и чистая водичка на всех близлежащих пляжах. Но самый красивый пляж Long Beach в восточной части острова, из отеля ехать до него около 1 часа на байке. И лучше с утра, народу до 10 утра там практически нет.

Q라는 직원은 친구가 심야 간식을 먹을 곳을 찾는 데 도움을주었습니다. 전반적으로 우리의 체류는 훌륭했습니다. 주방이 닫혀있을 때 간식을 위해 리조트에 자동 판매기를 추가하고 손님이 여행 요금을 지불하기 위해 등록 할 수 있도록 더 멀리 해변에서 추가 셔틀을 이용할 수 있습니다. 균일하게 분할 수 있습니다. (예를 들어 월요일은 외로운 섬, 화요일은 방바오만 등으로 갈 수 있습니다). 그 외에는 모든 것이 쉽고 잘 수용되었습니다. 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

Q라는 직원은 친구가 심야 간식을 먹을 곳을 찾는 데 도움을주었습니다. 전반적으로 우리의 체류는 훌륭했습니다. 주방이 닫혀있을 때 간식을 위해 리조트에 자동 판매기를 추가하고 손님이 여행 요금을 지불하기 위해 등록 할 수 있도록 더 멀리 해변에서 추가 셔틀을 이용할 수 있습니다. 균일하게 분할 수 있습니다. (예를 들어 월요일은 외로운 섬, 화요일은 방바오만 등으로 갈 수 있습니다). 그 외에는 모든 것이 쉽고 잘 수용되었습니다. 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

OK why am I giving 3 and not a 5 star rate, for a couple of key points, but let's start with a positive points. Great location, and beautiful property, nice pool (although at the time we visited the pool was green it didn't bother us but it might bother you) and facilities. Nice breakfast, good happy hour. Nice rooms with great balconies. Now into the details that I didn't like. - The room wasn't well clean, since day 1, even when we checked in we didn't have towels and had to wait couple of hours to get towels and after requesting several times. We also noticed that all floors had different cleaning staff, maybe we weren't lucky, we were on the room 233. - Poor and old amenities in the room. We had a super old shower cap in the room with hairs, really unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, and that was it for amenities, and the tray their were supposed to be displayed was dirty with hairs and dust. - somehow the room was missing something, maybe the cleaning part, because it missed the wow factor that it could have. - the hotel promotes tours with elephant riding which in my opinion is BIG NO and unacceptable. - the egg station in the breakfast was working in a strange way, if you wanted a fired egg they had already several done and in a super odd shape, not natural. I don't understand why to have egg station if you don't preper them fresh. - the staff in the reception was not costumer service mind or service minded, maybe they need a workshop for all staff members in this hotel, maybe it's a management problem or still covid recovery problem. I don't know this hotel has such a great potential maybe it's the best hotel in the island and some details are missing. Another annoying point, but this is not the hotels fault is just a warning, so much people taking Instagram pictures everywhere, to the point that it's annoying. People are not experiencing the place instead they are taking pictures to post online, and it kills the vibe. I hope someone reads it and it creates an impact in how this hotel is managed, spec3the cleaning and attention to detail. Would I return yes, again I believe that this is one of the best hotels in the island. This is not a complain althout it might sound, it's more notes for improvement. Hope next time I can give a 5 star rating.

Great location, and good, spacious rooms (although it takes time to get used to locking the doors). However, staff service is poor. At breakfast, staff doesn’t seem to be happy with what they’re doing and would sometimes ignore guests. The staff cooking the eggs were kind though. Resort also doesn’t offer ground coffee drinks so we got stuck with powdered coffee until we found out about the two coffee shops that are walking distance from the resort. Food can be improved too: breakfast’s okay but doesn’t offer diversity. You’ll get bored with the food after a few days. Beach and the sunset is marvelous though!

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..

리조트는 언덕 꼭대기에 있으므로 직접 해변 접근이 없습니다. 가장 가까운 해변은 아름다운 코코아 케이프 해변이며 모퉁이를 돌아 가면 아름다운 어두운 바위가 하얀 모래에 붙어있는 외로운 해변을 가질 것입니다. 또 다른 멋진 해변은 도보로 약 15 분 거리에있는 seavana와 koh mak 리조트와 가깝습니다. 오토바이 대여는 하루에 250 바트, 가스는 리터당 40 바트입니다. 마사지는 시간당 350 바트입니다. 태국 전체에서 가장 좋은 마사지였습니다. 카약 대여는 코코케이프나 코막 리조트에서 할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 부두에 도착하면 무료로 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 섬의 다양한 장소에서 불꽃 쇼와 야시장뿐만 아니라 라이브 콘서트가 많이 있습니다. 리조트 자체는 매우 깨끗하고 조용하며 AC는 잘 작동하며 샤워에는 온수가 있습니다. 수영장은 매일 청소되며 아침 식사는 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 코맥의 높은 가격인 1박당 90USD 정도를 지불했지만 다른 리조트와 비교하면 매우 높은 수준의 리조트 입니다. 샌드플라이에 문제가 전혀 없었네요 (8일 동안 머물 렀습니다) 하지만 모기 스프레이를 가져가는 것이 좋습니다.

새로 오픈한 곳입니다 아직 모든 객실이 열린 것은 아닙니다. 건설 중 여기 직원들은 매우 친절합니다 서비스 교육, 매우 잘 생각 우리는 더 오래 여기에 머물고 싶었습니다. 호텔에는 방이 없다고만 말했습니다. 하지만 우리 눈에는 분명히 빈자리가 있었습니다. 왜 예약 안하는지 모르겠음 좀 실망스러웠어요 이 섬을 다시 방문한다면, 다시 방문하고 싶어요 레스토랑의 음식은 맛이 좋으며, 가격이 너무 높습니다 비싸지 않아도 상관없어요 가격 대비 무엇인가 준비해야 할듯 음식의 양을 늘리거나 섭취를 늘리거나 난 변화를 만들어야 해

I and my family and friends altogether 24 people stayed from 29 Dec 22 to 2 Jan 23, 11 rooms from 20 rooms that hotel has total. The service is poor and take long time especially food serving during dinner. The GALA DINNER on 31 Dec night was very poor quality, less variety, clear soup and tom yam soup are cold because there is warming system for soup. The cost of GALA DINNER is THB 3,000 per person but the value is only 1/3 of the cost in my opinion. BBQ Seafood take long time to wait. The music is just one electron and also be singer. The most surprising is another singer is BBQ Chef who still on duty. Then BBQ was handle by some waitress/ waiter. And unbelievable is hotel staffs told that on 31 Dec lunch, they can not sell or serve us any meal because kitchen will he busy with GALA Dinner food. We as guests need to find our own lunch from other places! However after negotiations, they had solution to serve only a few menus. We all finish our Gala by 8.30 pm which it was our shortest New Year party in my life. From 6-8.30 pm, only 2.30 hours !!! Maid service was done from 4-5 pm everyday. If anyone want more information, i am happy to share my bad experience with you. I don't want you to waste money on the bad and poor hotel like this.

I have stayed at this beautiful beachfront resort many times (4 times) and I always loved its quiet, isolated and peaceful atmosphere. Even though it's a long drive from Bangkok, it's always been worth it to escape the city hustle. In fact, I have raved about this resort to many of my friends and some of them have stayed at this resort because I recommended it so much. But my recent visit was extremely disappointing. This Centara property has totally lost its charm, with old and dated rooms, poorly maintained facilities and poor staff service this time. First, cleanliness was a big issue for me. Our room was dusty when we arrived, the indoor slippers looked old, and there were even traces of hair in the toilet bowl and the shower area. There was no stopper for the glassdoor in the shower area, which is such a safety issue in case the glass door hits the wall and gets broken. The toilet at the poolside was also dirty, with obvious signs of infrequent cleaning during the day. The sink was not cleaned at all. On our second day, the housekeeping didn't thoroughly clean our room. They only replenished the complimentary water and made the bed. They didn't replace the small towels despite us leaving them visibly used on the sink. We understand that the bath towels were not replaced since we hung them, but we were even more disappointed to find the same hair in the toilet and shower still present, and the rubbish in the rubbish bin was left still completely untouched. The poolside toilet remained exactly the same, no cleaning was ever done at all and the rubbish was still untouched. The beach sun loungers were also quite worn out. In the early morning, I noticed that the loungers had not been cleaned, and the sands were not cleaned and raked as they used to be in the past. At the restaurant, many menu items were unavailable despite the resort's high occupancy as it was a long weekend. The understaffing led to long waits for orders at dinnertime, making many quests quite unhappy, as we noticed. Even though we made reservations for dinner and even pre-ordered all our food 2 hours in advance as advised by the staff, it still took an additional hour for our orders to reach our table. My question: What's the point of asking us to make reservations and pre-ordering of food if there's still such a long delay? It is very sad to see my once-beloved resort has lost its charm and excellent service. I can no longer recommend it to my friends.
