Magnificent apartment in a semi-detached house on the South Slope, near the popular ski slopes. From the large windows on the second floor opens a great view of Lapland's nature. Storage and carport between the apartments, so there is no shared wall with the neighbor. This apartment has plenty of space, atmosphere and things to admire. Located in the Levi tourist center in Alatieva district. Wooden/concrete apartment, built in 2008. Facilities on two floors. On the first floor, fireplace room, with a magnificent slate fireplace and wall surfaces partially made of laminated veneer lumber. The first floor also has a bedroom (2 separate beds) and a spacious utility room with its own entrance. The utility room has good storage solutions and is ideal for putting on, taking off and storing outerwear. There are also great shower facilities on the first floor. There are a separate dressing room, washroom/toilet and a spacious sauna. On the second floor, a kitchen with high ceilings, a living room, 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed. On this floor there is also another bathroom with shower cabin and WC. A small covered balcony with access from the living area. From November 2023, 2 company season tickets are available for the winter season 2023-24. The apartment has televisions in the fireplace room, living room and bedroom. The atmosphere is created by two fireplaces, one in the fireplace room and the other in the living room. The apartment is equipped with an air source heat pump, which can also be used for cooling in summer. South Point lift station 800 m, West Point 1 km. Gondola-style ski lift 3 km. Ski bus stop 300 m. New 2022 built glass-roofed igloo-style cabin in the wonderful scenery of Utsuvaara in Levi. Modern igloo-style cabin with a glass roof. Experience under a glass roof in Utsuvaara, welcome to Levi Sky Iglo! Igloo-style cabin, glass walls and ceiling allows you to admire starry sky, northern lights and nature. Fully equipped cabin with decent kitchen and laundry facilities. Luxurious 6-person hydro massage bath tub (ready-to-use) on the terrace. The cabin was built in December 2021, so the equipping is exactly what you see in the pictures! The open kitchen has plenty of storage space, there is enough space for grocery shopping for up to a week. The living room has spacious sofa bed (2 adults), hefty yankee-style double bed in the loft (maximum height of the loft is 1.75 m), private sauna with window and dimmable lights, washroom/WC and terrace. The glass roof is heated (both indoor and outdoor), so it stays clear despite changing weather. Indoor heating prevents the feeling of cold air near the window. The Igloo has 55” nanocell smart TV with wall mount (antenna signal) and 40“ smart TV (online media, Netflix, Amazonprime, etc.) in the loft for watching evening movies. At your disposal are also microwave oven, washing machine with drying functionality, air source heat pump (also for cooling in summer), hair dryer. The cabin always has a wonderful warm floor, thanks to the underfloor heating. There is a ski storage cabinet attached to the outer wall (located backside of the cabin). Sky Iglo offers an exciting holiday for both couples and families. A family with two children can easily stay in this cabin for a week. Spacious holiday apartment for up to ten people. Facilities on three floors. Large and atmospheric cooking hut in the yard. Wooden apartment in semi-detached house situated in Levi, on Länsirinne ski slope. On the middle floor (entrance floor) living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, WC and balcony. On the bottom floor sauna, washroom, dressing room, bedroom (2 single beds) and WC. On the upper floor living area and TV room, bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove with 2 single beds, balcony, WC and shower. The apartment can be connected to the neighboring apartment 15836 (B side) by opening a communicating door between the apartments (when both apartments are booked by the same person). The maintainer can open the communicating door if the tenants wish so. The cooking hut is shared between two holiday homes. The hut is spacious and can be used all year round. The nearest lift is the Gondola-style ski lift 400 m away. Länsirinne ski slope (West Point) 1 km. Reservations end at 11.00 on the day of departure. Note! The use of the hot tub in the yard is prohibited.
