STAND UP 1 – Welcome to Stand Up - With Sasha Mark
5 WEEKS. ONE SHOW. $420.
Sundays, July 13 - August 17  ( no class Aug 3)
6:00-9:30pm PST
Location: 120 Princess Ave
This course is an entry level class focused on learning the basics of comedy writing to help you dive confidently into the world of stand up comedy. You will learn the tools to help you crush your first stand up set, learning joke writing structures, comedy writing practices, building that stage confidence, exploring your comedic voice and learning the ins and the outs of the trade. This is the class for you, if you just want to step out of your comfort and try stand up with us!
At the end of Stand Up 1, you will be all geared up for Stand Up 2 where you will learn to develop stronger punchlines, learn how to transition into each joke, honing your comedic voice and give you the tools to help you to do a booked show.
Refunds & Cancellations
 – Registration is non-refundable within two weeks of a class' start date. Refunds for class fees are available prior to the two week cut off, however Eventbrite fees will not be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about refunds, please email

Accessibility
 - The venue is accessible from the street level with no steps up – the main door has a significant lip, but the side door (which will be unlocked for classes) is level to the sidewalk.
Show Day Information
 - Wondering when your shows are? 95% of BTC shows are on Wednesday nights at 7PM or 9PM. Your exact show schedule will be sent on the first weekend of your class!

캐필라노 서스펜션 브리지는 가기 좋은 곳입니다. 저는 2024년 2월에 갔는데 테마가 발렌타인 데이와 관련이 있었어요 &lt;3. 버러드 스카이트레인 역 근처에서 셔틀 버스를 타면 캐필라노 서스펜션 브리지에 갈 수 있어요. 대중교통을 이용하면 쉽게 갈 수 있어요.

스탠리 파크는 캐나다 밴쿠버 도심에 위치해 있습니다. 북미에서 가장 큰 도시 공원 중 하나로, 면적이 1,000에이커에 달합니다. 이 공원은 400헥타르가 넘는 숲을 덮고 있으며, 수백 미터 길이의 더글러스 전나무, 800년 된 삼나무, 이끼로 덮인 단풍나무, 100년 된 서부 붉은 삼나무 등 50만 그루의 나무가 자라고 있습니다. 8.8km 길이의 방파제 산책로는 바위로 포장되어 있으며, 바다에 접해 있어 스탠리 공원 전체를 완벽하게 둘러싸고 있습니다. 밴쿠버에서 가장 독특한 조깅 코스, 자전거 도로, 롤러스케이트 코스입니다.
