더 카노가 호텔 후기

저는 지난 3박 동안 3개의 다른 호텔에 묵을 수 있었기 때문에 저를 비즈니스 여행자라고 부를 수 있습니다. 캘리포니아에서 코로나19가 "종료"됨에 따라 많은 호텔들이 깨끗한 객실을 제공할 수 있는 것을 보았지만 여러 숙박에서 나온 무거운 머리카락이 구석구석에 쌓여서 세균 공포증에 가까운 **은 ..벌레와 기생충이 보이는 작은 증명 가능한 예이거나 훈증 소독 후 탈피/묘지가 보기에 매우 무섭습니다. 특히 지난 3개의 다른 호텔에서 제가 가본 적이 있는 가격 범위는 전혀 같았습니다. Woodland Hills(이 호텔은 starlight inn, 호텔 6이며 가장 적은 것부터 가장 많은 것 순으로 6입니다.) 저는 지금 모든 호텔이 격리 및 청소/닦아내야 하는 몇 시간을 매우 부지런히 소비해야 한다고 믿습니다. 어떤 부분을 주목하고 확인해야 하는지 그리고 현재 호텔이나 모텔에서 생활한다면 피부과 진료를 예약하는 것이 더 나을 수도 있다는 사실에 계속해서 약간의 새로운 관심을 기울이십시오. 어떤 이유로든 집으로 돌아가세요. 당신은 나처럼 전문적인 빈대/집먼지진드기 탐지자가 되었습니다.. 제가 안전하다고 느꼈던 세 호텔 중 첫 번째 호텔입니다. 정말 깨끗한 경험이었습니다 !!! 매우 위생적이며 새롭고 깨끗합니다. 하지만 아이러니하게도 그 자체로는 정말 무서울 수 있습니다. 결국 제가 묵은 후에도 3개의 호텔이 모두 존재하고 제가 불만을 제기한 후에도 계속해서 거주자가 있기 때문입니다. 그래서, 이 새로운 시대의 하이브리드 호텔/모텔이 가지고 있는 새로운 모습과 깨끗한 외관 때문에 내가 (슬프게도) 머물렀던 모텔 6만큼 벌레에 휩싸인 것이 아니라는 것을 어떻게 알 수 있습니까? 이 모텔은 Canoga Hotel과 바로 어깨를 맞대고 있습니다. . 내 최종 요약: 특히 가격 대비 훌륭한 숙박 장소입니다. 하지만 LA의 모든 저가 호텔에서는 필수 청소 담당자가 솔직히 나 자신도 등을 돌리지 않을 물건을 찾을 수 있도록 격려가 필요합니다! 나는 까다로울지 모르지만 이곳은 환상적이었습니다.

주차장이 조금 협소하고 일하는 사람에 따라 고객 서비스가 변동될 수 있습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 괜찮은 호텔입니다

Not very pleased with the hotel overall. It seems a well take care of place when in reality there are a lot of "mickey mouse" repairs.. Really disappointed and will stay there anymore.

Ooohh I love this place it’s not too high and it’s extremely comfortable and quiet here the bed made me sleep like a baby. this has turned into my official spot whenever I’m in canoga, the deposit is also returned a few hours after check out which is LOVELY. Will be back

I loved the comfortable bed, the super fluffy pillows, they were so comfortable, I slept great! Also, really liked that they used branded shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The free wine that was included in my VIP ******* perks was an unexpected delight.

The property itself was excellent. The rooms were updated The one problem I had was I couldn't get wifi, so was unable to use my computer at all. No nice dining in the area, need to drive to the mall. The property was clean, and comfortable, but the area was undesirable.

Bad impressions walked to the room and saw cockroaches. We stayed for 2 nights no one come and clean the room at all. We put all trash at the trash can but so full. When we checked out, he got mad that so much trash in the can. And talked bad to us that don’t come back here again.

It was a nice room very clean the owner wasnt very friendly but good experience all good

The hotel is well-maintained with excellent customer service. The room was pleasant, and the bedding was cozy.

This is my GO to spot its always clean n the staff is EXTREMELY NICE,I'd recommend to any who's looking for a place to stay💯👍

People running this hotel needs a job that doesn’t require any people skills. My bottle of wine for being a VIP member was not in the room and when I called to inquire I was told to come to the front desk and get it if I wanted. When asked over the phone (2 separate occasions sighing the same stay) about early check in time, I was given 30 min before the regular check in time. Same when I called to ask for late check out. Working in hospitality industry for over 20 years, I know the rules and understand the operational side of a hotel…I had to remind the staff on the phone of the actual times and only then and with attitude I was given…additional 15 min… customer service training is the minimum I would recommend to them.

The room smelled like urine, the sofa was dirty and ripped the carpet was ripped. You can hear everything from outside. Front desk didnt seem to care at all not engaged.

I have bug bites at checkout after a two-night stay. The property provided only shampoos, no bath soap or bath gels.
