Me and my family always have a good experience when we stay here! Staff is always friendly and informative about everything.

I honestly would not stay here again due to silly policies. Paying $350 you expect simple things. Like to check in 10 minutes early it was a $35 charge. They created a long line of guest to check in because no one would pay $35 for 10 mins. Made reservations at restaurant that had 1/3 capacity would not seat us until 2 other in party showed. Toilet paper was 1 ply..really

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom I wasn’t as hoped for. It was like the cleaning staff was in a hurry and didn’t have time to pay attention to detail.

Food selection was average but way overpriced for the below average food quality. Shower in room was just a rain head with very little water pressure.

The staff is awesome!! Everyone is helpful and polite. I wasn't happy about the pool bar being closed. My wife and I were looking forward to hanging out all week and when we made it down there it was closed even though it was within there posted hours.

Being from Chicago, I'm very picky about restaurants. I had seen reviewers say that the restaurant was great, but I still didn't expect to be as impressed as I was. Chop, Block & Brew restaurant was excellent and well worth the price paid. Since we don't eat steak, I was concerned that anything except steak would be substandard but we went two nights in a row and everything was outstanding. Overall the hotel was great, especially for the price. We don't gamble so I can't comment on the ****** action. I do think it's a little odd that they don't do housekeeping if you are there less than 4 nights. I'm assuming you can get housekeeping on request if you need it, but the sign didn't say that. I do like the idea of doing less housekeeping, but doing it well, since most people don't need it every day. Housekeepers were polite and polished.

The rooms are very well appointed and have all the services you need available. The internet is very good and gym is very good.

I enjoyed the fact tht the facility had some for every one. The event center was a welcomed addition.

Extra charge for early check in. Long lines when u were allowed to check in. Very confusing layout One small tiny hot tub. Held 4 people maybe. they call this a resort?

Ak Chin ******/Hotel is a friendly and clean destination. Staff are very helpful and approachable. Weekend entertainment a nice touch compared to other ******'s. Entertainment Center nice for families with children. Enjoyed our stay. Golf Course a true Gem.... love the stay and play package A+..

Pillows on the bed were terrible small pillows. Extra garbage bag beside the bed. Room was otherwise nice.

Easy to park, easy to check in. Good workout facility and good internet. Room fit my needs. The cactus tower room has a substandard desk chair.

Clean, nice rooms; staff not friendly at all. Drunk folks being loud all night. Security stayed in game area; they needed to walk hotel floors
