Hi how are you back iptuor to Covid I had stayed at the oaks many many times and the spa was then out of order and again it seams it’s still out of service this needs to be fixed thank you and if stay for often .. I’d also like to add the sauna the wood is almost falling the wall on the right hand side a bit maintenamce is needed in there .. and to up keep with all around existing hotels Filtered water and cups not the fountain Out side the spa as you can get vide hydrated in there … I was dizzy stepping out of due to my own fault drinking alcohol all night and then the sauna anyways I good coles water straight out side the spa would be perfect thank you The room it self was very beautiful I’d actual love to purchase one of the rooms and actual live there once the spas in working order My son stayed there a month years ago with airforce coming back from Wagga Wagga at 19-21 yrs the Air Force funded his stay and I stayed with him and il never forget the very special family memories perfect spot tram ****** train all very good 9/10 10/10 if you did some maintenance in the sauna and have the spa up and running the day the spa is working email me and il stay .2 /3 nights

Absolutely stunning place really recommend it but pricy

We totally enjoy staying at oakes embassy suit adelaide specially the pool and the sauna :-) highly recommended

Perfect location. Many restaurants and bars on the back lane. Room is in good size and has all facilities.

酒店設施齊全，地段好，景色好，服務也不錯，早餐25刀/天，可以自己點餐，早餐午餐都可以使用，性價比高！

床單上全是毛髮，黑色的黃色的，湊活了一一晚上，但是設備還是挺齊全的。住在豪華套房的城市景色還不錯，很方便對面走4分鐘就是central sataion和sky，吃的喝的一應俱全

價格不貴，還能做飯，交通方便，下次還來，推薦，就是前台不會中文，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

這是一路上遇到的硬件最差的酒店了，跟圖片看起來有很大的差距，房間也不乾淨，全都是桌角，帶小孩一定注意，寶寶就撞傷了眼睛，跟攜程聯繫，攜程給了一定補償，但酒店拒絕做出任何補償，據攜程説連份小禮物都不給。

交通很便利，可自己做早餐～

The pool was cold and difficult for older people to get into. Was going to keep my granddaughter entertained in the pool but too cold for small children. No towels at pool, spa closed. Breakfast was a voucher for $25 to coffee club. Not enough for hot meal and smoothie. And couldn’t keep a credit for next day. But room was lovely but expensive for no room service. Big spa bath wonderful.

We weren't sure why we were given a room with a disabled bathroom. Otherwise, great for an overnight stay. Thank you.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Things the hotel does not show, Parking is limited and if it is booked out you can get secure parking in the adjacent parking structure (organised through reception), Parking structure smelt like urine, homeless people sleeping in parking structure, no direct access from parking structure to hotel so had to unload luggage in no standing on Nth Terrace and then move car. Room photos looked great but in reality stained carpets badly scuffed bathroom/laundry doors broken trims on kitchenette, lamps not working. Linen/bedding and towels were clean and comfy but room was average at best, parking was pricey and felt really unsafe did not take my young children into structure and smell was pretty rough
